おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。 レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。 一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。 総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！

Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more. Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel every year because of what they can offer.

辦理入住需時得久, 前台服務不知所謂連我房間有張床都唔知要我自己上房間睇, 如果咁嘅服務作為一間五星級酒店只能用四個字不知所謂來形容. 再講房間設施配備殘舊, 住院一晚洗手間嘅棉花棒用都沒有補給. 其中一間房間冷氣不能調節. 去曼谷幾十次都無住過一間咁差嘅酒店,三星酒店都不如, 簡單講唔會再入住!!

Centrally located in the Bangkok downtown, the Conrad is well equipped with great amenities including a large swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and breakfast selections. But what separates the Conrad from other hotels in the area is the level of care and services provided by the staff. It was one of the best I have ever experienced since my stays at Ritz and Four Seasons.

We had a fantastic stay at the Conrad Residences. It was spotlessly clean. The service was second to none. From the minute you walked in staff were attentive and ensured you had the best stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for you. The location is fantastic- a short walk to bars and restaurants and lumphini park. I would highly recommend this hotel.
