我們3大1小從蘇梅機場坐的士到酒店需時一小時，酒店有點遠及較偏僻，雖然酒店是有提供巴士去查汶但車程太遠，所以4日3夜的時間都是留在酒店，每日都在酒店用餐，但餐廳的食物選擇不多，味道一般但價格偏高，平均每餐一千多港幣，但性價比低。第一天酒店送了幾款水果，女兒吃得好開心，但只有第一天有贈送，有點失望，因附近不容易買到生果，餐廳提供的只有三款但收費偏高。
酒店房內附有泳池，第二天我們把浴袍弄濕了，放在收衣藍裏，但服務員清潔完房間並沒有提供新的浴袍及足夠的毛巾，連洗頭水差不多用完也沒添加，第一天用完的浴鹽亦沒有再補充新的，作為一家五星酒店這樣的服務標準實在不達標，雖然可以打去前台要求補充，但每發現一樣不足就要聯繫前台就實在太困擾了，今次住宿有點失望，以這個價格而言可以選擇其他

we booked a free boat trip and pay THB 4999 for a basket from hotel but some other guestsssss was late so we need to wait for them 30mins , i think hotel need to improve that, everyone should be on time , on schedule and not allowed "late like this!!!!!!!"

我們待了五天在這裡~基本上房間的設施和景緻絕對是五星級的水準~但餐飲的部分就顯得非常失色~當然JAHN餐廳是例外~他是很不錯的餐廳,但由於我們待的天數比較多天,每天的早餐真的是"乏善可陳",除了菜色樣式少,每天幾乎沒有變化之外,對於住多天的人來說有點痛苦...相對去年我們住在intercontinental...實在就好太多了!加上...游泳池畔的餐食也是人手不足的樣子,點餐沒有供應部分餐點,上菜速度也很慢,去了一次就不想去了~海灘的躺椅很少...基本上你可能要趁沒人時才有機會卡到位置~而部分的特殊餐食...例如BBQ要特定某日才有...但...你也不可能去的時候剛好遇到~只能碰運氣了...所以後來我們幾乎都是開車到外面吃飯~~所以我認為這家飯店的餐食會讓很多人不想再度造訪~
