Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.

Swimming Pool, We are excited to announce that we will be upgrading our swimming pool deck to provide you with an even better experience during your stay with us. During this time, there will be some noise and disruption near the pool area. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve your overall experience. Please note that the swimming pool will still be open and available for use throughout the upgrade works. We have taken measures to ensure that the work being done will not affect the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, and we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience to our guests. closed temporarily from 18-4-2023 to 30-6-2023.

有個會普通話的員工算是可以溝通的。什麼都好就是在山上有點不太方便 。雖然有車接送上下山 。房間泳池食物都不錯。帶小孩來的 有個playroom 如果可以開更晚就好了

酒店環境不錯,服務也可以,地理位置在頂上,沒有車夜晚想出去買個零食都不方便,酒店內樓梯比較多,退房時拿著行李不方便,入住有人幫你搬,但搬完會一直站著不走等小費,所以記得準備零錢喔,在網上訂的是透明泳池,但去到酒店說我新婚所以升級了,但變成沒有我想要的泳池,所以感覺是降級,不是升級

The hotel staff was ok and helped us setting up the room. However, the overall service and cleaningness were disappointing. There was no enough shuttle bus to Patong area. The hotel is located on the top of the hill and there isn’t much going on around the hotel. Given the price the hotel charges , there should be better service. The staff seemed to be annoyed when we asked about shuttle service. Additionally, everyone in my family got sick after having the food in the restaurant- two days in a row! The last meal on the day of leaving Phuket was the worst. Kids were throwing up immediately after the breakfast! The hotel does not handle food appropriately! Will never come back nor recommend the hotel to anyone else.
