Additional breakfast are chargeable at THB 240.00 /person.

Breakfast time start from 09:00 until 22:00.

Smoking is strictly not allowed in this property, and smoking area is available.

Pets are NOT allowed.

6. Check-in at 2:00 pm, Check-out at 12:00 pm.
Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid these charges
12:00 to 02:00 pm = 1/3 room rate.
02:00 to 03:00 pm = 1/2 room rate.
After 03:00 pm = full rate

7. Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Payment for rooms including Gate access card deposit (200 THB - fully refunded after returning the card at check-out) must be completed in advance.
8. For security reason, visitors are requested to present ID/Passport at front desk prior to meet with hotel guest. Our hotel reserve rights to decline any stranger from entering the premises.
9. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any users to the Hotel, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
10. Smoking in the room is prohibited. It is permitted only at the smoking area. Fine up to 2,000 THB.
11. Illegal drugs, gambling or any other aggressive behaviour are strictly prohibited. Fine up to 2,000 THB and informing law enforcement officers.
12. The following items are prohibited on the premises of the hotel. Fine from 500 THB.
- Durian, Mangosteen, Knife or Sharp object
- Animals
- Hazardous Chemicals, Explosive and Flammable substances
- Firearms or weapons
13. Cooking inside the room is not allowed. Fine up to 1,000 THB
14. Removing furniture or items from guest room is prohibited. You will be charged for any lost or damaged items upon check-out.
15. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviours, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
