คือดีมากๆ ค่ะ ประทับใจที่สุด เข้ามาก็คือ พนักงาน ต้อนรับพูดดีมาก คือเรียกว่าพนักงานทุกคนเลยดีกว่า บริการส่งกระเป๋าถึงห้องและอธิบายการใช้ห้องและบริการต่างๆ ของ รร ถึง รร จะไม่ใกล้ชายหาด แต่ที่ รร มีรถรับส่งไป beach club ทุก 20 นาที ถ้าไปช่วงพระอาทิตย์ใกล้ตกคือที่สุด สวยมาก ชายหาดคืออีกนิดจะเป็นหาดส่วนตัวละ555 อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลายมากค่ะ

Check-in takes forever.
Sheets on the pool-side beds are terribly dirty.
Room is small and badly designed.
Curtain can't be fully closed, always leaks light from the sides.
The bed is terribly uncomfortable. If one person slightly moves, the whole bed goes into a freaking earthquake.
Room doors doesn't stop noise from outside. Dog barking, stupid motorcycle noises all night.
Stinking smell from the sewer beside toilet.
USB charger from the phone doesn't work.
Pool from the room doesn't connect to the main pool and is super small. Very stupid design.
Small space within the hotel. Not much to do and frankly no where to go nearby.
Breakfast has very limited choice. Even the coffee tastes bad.
Overall just terrible. Worst experience I ever had. Definitely do NOT recommended.

CHECK IN時完全沒有告知我訂的房間沒有,帶我進去房間我才發現跟我訂的不同,我質問後才知道他們原來真的更換了房間給我,還說upgrade了我,但我訂的是4人行政房,現在只是普通6人家庭房, 一開始職員是說FULLY BOOK,但我一早於網上訂了房,再追問manager又說房間有問題不能入住,安排第2日下午2時才能CHECK IN入住,明顯真的FULLY BOOK
一早出門,所以拜託酒店將行李搬運去新的房間,但晚上回去後發現窗門沒有關好,幸好沒有不見東西,但很多昆蟲進入了房間,我花了2小時才能清理好!!!對這間酒店太失望!不會再入住!

Dream hotel really make your dream come true, I am spending my anniversary holiday at dream hotel at a pool suite room, the room are beautiful with a private pool, and I request for a honeymoon set up and a rose bouquet before I arrived, me and my wife arrive at the hotel at 4 in the morning supposed are really tired but as soon as we walk into the room we suddenly feel so excited and happy. The Dream beach are so beautiful too, nice food, friendly stuff. Everything is just like a Dream, me and my wife really like it will come back and stay at dream again! ! If there's more shuttle bus going to patong Beach than its perfect. Cause from hotel to patong need to pay 900 B taxi fee so come and return will be 1800 B that's around 400 HKD, is a bit expensive. Anyway we really have a unforgettable anniversary staying at DREAM PHUKET HOTEL AND SPA
