对于需要出国旅游的人来说非常方便。工作人员非常乐于助人。当有问题时，他们会很快得到答复。气氛很好，很安静，适合家庭入住。酒店的食物不是很多样化。但如果想出去吃饭的话，商场附近有很多餐馆，非常方便，值得入住。如果有机会旅行，我会回去并再次入住。

The gym is awesome. Hygienic and well-equipped. Swimming pool is big and good for kids and adults. Breakfast is good. Had a lot of choice and not too crowded. Hotel provided airport pickup, very convenient. About 15mins from airport

房間應該是新裝修，設施很新也舒適，泳池很大，早餐食品不錯，但酒店位置較偏，附近什麼都冇，便利店也沒有，只能坐酒店穿梳巴士到幾公里外的大商埸才有餐廳及shopping ，因我是自駕遊，所以對我就冇問題，不過以港幣四佰幾元住一晚還包雙人早餐，我覺得超值

Please note that the property offers complimentary two-way shuttle van services from/to Bangkok Suvarnabhumbi Airport for all guests. Guests are required to inform their flight details to the property in advance if they wish to use the shuttle van service. The service operates as per the below schedule: PICK UP (from Suvarnabhumi Airport): 6.00 a.m./10.00 a.m./ 2.00 p.m./ 6.00 p.m. DROP OFF (at Suvarnabhumi Airport): 5.30 a.m./ 9.30 a.m./ 1.30 p.m./ 5.30 p.m. Please note that due to the current circumstances regarding COVID-19, the hotel will be implementing additional safety measures and precautions to protect both our guests and staff. In addition, some services and amenities may be limited or unavailable.The hotel is currently not offering private airport transfers outside of our scheduled shuttle service. Please contact the hotel for more information. The hotel’s contact details can be found on the guest’s booking confirmation.

Shark Bite Restaurant Open from 06:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. and last order at 07:30 .pm. Splash Restaurant (All day dining) – where Breakfast serve. Open from 06:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Last order will be 09:30 p.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

房間新淨舒適，窄長的陽台沒有擺放椅子。最高只有三層所以景觀都一般，部分房間對著露天停車場。房間距離酒店大堂都有一段戶外的路要走，沒有哥爾夫球車接送，退房要自己提行李到大堂。房間有提供餐具，但用過後不會給你添新的。 酒店每日有四班車免費載人到商場但只送不接，回程要自己叫車。有免費車載客人到機場，要提前預約。

要進入渡假村路口標示可以在醒目一點比較好辨識因為晚上會看不到，房間內沒有附牙刷對旅行的人比較不便利，附上的一次性拖鞋是有使用過的感覺很不好，不過服務人員很親切，渡假村內的景觀很棒。
