It was convenient for one day old town tour by walking. The staffs were friendly and helped me to print out urgent documents free of charge. The breakfast offered local food mixed with international tastes. It’s definitely a gem hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. I am glad to choose the Premier Family room for 3 nights.

For the first time live in Qhiang Mai,The "Eurana"is a good place to live.Every Tuk-Tuk driver know this palce,and the hotel is very quite and comfortable.Nearby there is a Thai massage。Service isgood and cheap.The swimming pool is great at this season.i will be back and live here.

Hotel is facing the water supply system problem for Y building and hotel will begin urgent renovation for wing Y building. The urgent renovation will affect superior room, junior suite and family room starting from June 1, 2018 for a period of an approximately 1 month. Hotel will remain opened and the construction noise will be expected while it undergoes the enhancements.
You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed.
Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

服務態度超差，登記入住前，先當衆大聲羞辱客人一番，才给你入住，如果不是已付了銭，早就走去别家了。酒店房間陳舊，走廊到處雜物和水，一不心便會滑倒。反正我八天行程，祇把这里分出三天，是不幸中之大幸。

2018年2月1日晚上10點左右接待的年經男員工超級沒禮貌，自己坐在櫃檯前忙自己的事，我們人都到了頭也都不抬一下，真的很沒禮貌，把自己的工作忙完了才肯接待我們。另外全程接待過程都沒笑過，好像我們欠他錢一樣，講話也很沒禮貌~當天入住的客房沒電梯，我帶年紀很大父母親、老婆和幼兒入住，行李很多，也不會協助搬運行李，真的很差勁，不曉得為何這種人可以在這裡工作？建議不要來這裡住。

酒店卫生不是太好，室内感觉像就是九十年代的，卫生间的墙上居然还有几个蚊子的尸体，马桶也不干净，床单看起来也不是很干净，但是位置还是不错的，酒店没有游泳池（反正我没找到），酒店入口的长廊挺好看。

睇相以為呢間酒店不錯所以就book在
左一間家庭房。原來家庭房係兩間房打通。酒店唔太乾淨，有污漬。入到房會有陣怪味。打通的兩間房係不同級數，連沖涼用品都唔同。酒店沒有牙刷，問都只會叫你去7-11買。有一日攞左啲水出去，就收左錢，話啲水係唔俾帶走。原來樽裝水同玻璃裝水係同名，只可以飲玻璃裝水。但酒店寫的唔清楚之如，連支水既名都先錯左。搵酒店機職員了解，竟然叫我直接寫意見書。超無禮貌。

酒店的地理环境很好，出去就是大街，里面很安静，绿化很不错，处处是景，刚开始我们入住普通的房间，一进门就是晒干的蟑螂尸体，晕！房间比较大，但应该年久失修了，床铺非常不舒服，而且，空调根本不能调，冷死了！
第二天加钱换了泳池那边的房间就好多了，起码床铺舒服，空调可以调节，但一样很多蚂蚁，还有，到处都是灰尘，我自己搽了一遍，纸巾都是黑的
泳池很漂亮，就是冲着这个来的！
早餐选择品种不多，但味道还可以，管饱，这个价格还包早餐，不可以强求了！

不是什麼大旅店, 但也滿溫馨, 不過設施有點舊, 不會長留在酒店裡的旅客可以考慮
酒店在古城內, 附近就有一家lila massage的分店, 也有找換店(走5-10分鐘到superrich), 餐廳, 7-11, 旅行社等, 到周日夜市也是10-15分鐘左右, 挺方便的
另外, 因為酒店規模比較小, 早餐的選擇不多, 大概8-10款左右
