酒店重复收取了早餐的费用！
我们到了酒店是第二天早上，第一天早上的早餐并没有吃，告知定的房型没有早餐，便补了后面5天早上的早餐费，但是最后一天的早餐仍然说没有包含，以至于我们两人再次付了700泰铢，导致不愉快的发生
但是酒店设施都还不错，而且仅限成人入住， 不会有熊孩子

酒店很新，房間其實很時尚我很喜歡，但有一點我相信不是酒店問題就係凌晨睡覺時，房間不斷傳出很多怪聲，睡得很差，因為很早要check out就不叫他們轉房，泰國住酒店真的要說運氣。

The Garden pool villa and the staff was great! They arranged a romantic setup and dinning area for my marriage proposal, which was very impressive to me and my fiancé. We had a wonderful stay in the villa, enjoying the infinity pool, relaxing Spa, even swimming and watching movie in the villa were very enjoyable. The hotel offer cheap shuttle services to night market.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, beside that just one of the receptionist girl(afternoon/evening shift) always giving longface n attidude. Sound insulation is good eventho therez a pool party next to it. Hotel provide shuttle to Wharf & Chaweng which 50 baht per way/per head, recommends that you rent a motorcycle/car from the hotel is even more convenient.

我們這次入住三個晚上，前二晚住在seaview suite４４６房，房間很大海景很美，一房一廰設計但客廰冷氣機第二晚漏水，第三晚住beachfront pool villa１０５房，房間雖然小一點，但風景及設計都很好，還有自己的私人泳池感覺很好，唯獨冷氣機非常吵，開了一晚根本被吵到無法睡覺，而且還有個問題，這間房間的電視是壞的，一晚一萬多的ＶＩＬＬＡ房竟然出現這種問題，打了櫃台來修理，十分鐘後又壞了不能看，我們就不打了，因為我們對這間飯店有點失望，畢竟是新飯店，怎麼會在硬體設施上發生這種事？加上我們明顯感覺服務人員對待華人及對待歐美人士的態度不太相同，我們小費給的也不少，但不知為什麼，我們住了四天遇到的服務人員臉色都不好看，如果能將上述情況改進我能會推薦。

酒店裝修用以簡潔風格，無邊泳池寬闊，海灘就在泳池前面，非常平靜也清澈除了沙子較粗。員工友善，笑容和有效率幫助解決問題。餐廳食物不錯。接駁機場至酒店坐架十分舒適（600泰幣）。適合喜歡留在酒店享受的旅客，如外出可租借酒店的電單車或出租車。

A really nice hotel, same as other review mentioned, great hotel with good location(at beach side), nice room, great view,fantastic pool,excellent service,very good for coupe to stay..
Hotel will also give surprise to you of your special day! It is really a big surprise to me!
All staffs provide great service and always have smile on their face.
I have to give my great thanks again to the hotel here!
