飯店的設施及服務都非常好，服務人員親切耐心，飯店無論泳池或是私人沙灘都整理得非常出色，唯一的小缺點就是飯店內的午晚餐點偏貴以及距離市區太遠，但如果你想要享受幽靜，享受優質服務的旅客則是非常推薦。

The resort is suitable for travellers seeking privacy and relaxation. Since it is a bit isolated, one has to call a taxi (400 bahts one way) to visit the town centre. Of course there are plenty to do in the resort, including swimming, spa and complimentary water sports. I enjoy canoeing in particular. The signature bathtub in the balcony is also my favourite too. The resort has done a lot to promote environmental conservation and natural beauty. Lush vegetation and singing birds all around. But also be ready to have many many many mosquitoes too!!!

My second visit. I was planning on a relaxing few days with my wife and we indeed had a very relaxing few days; thank you very much for pampering us. Between the last time we visited and now, the public area hasn't really changed. Very well maintained and private. The room condition has somewhat deteriorated a little but I guess that's more from natural wear and tear;still very acceptable condition. Staff is very attentive and considerate;one can tell the thoughts that went to the very small things. Food is great at the beach. Tongsai would still be my first choice in koh samui without a doubt. Thanks again

Renovation is classy. Foods are so so. Staff training is great. Only disappointed for the 80 steps to access my own room. I never expect to spend this money for a 5 stars resort, and ended up find myself need to take 80 stairs to my room. Definitely not recommend to those families with elders and young kids.

很不錯的飯店，但是冷氣聲似乎大了點。還有工作人員打掃時常常會遺漏一些細節，但是有常常很貼心的準備一些小驚喜，早餐菜色還不錯，希望多變化（因為我住了六晚）。中文人員比較少，希望有一些中文的指示，整體來說是很不錯的，會推薦。

這是一間有規模跟制度的飯店，客房及飯店的設施清潔度維持得很好，服務人員也都非常親切，服務細心而且很周到。餐廳的食物很好吃，早餐的餐點也很棒，而且每天都有現打果汁可以選擇真的很棒，飯店有個美麗的私人海灘，游泳池，還是spa,瑜珈課程，撞球室，泰菜料理教學，跆拳課程。飯店的位置我覺得很棒貼近自然，海灘離機場跟熱鬧的查汶大街20分鍾漁人村也只要15分鐘真的很方便。非常適合情侶家人與親子的渡假首選。

海灘是貝殼不是砂。交通不便，到查文大街要計程車車資單程就要400b，可租摩托車。餐廳與bar提供很好的餐點與飲品。床、棉被與枕頭不透氣，睡覺吹冷氣卻流汗。服務人員態度好，可能因為溝通容易，對英語客戶較熱情，對非英語客戶較冷淡。

前天才剛回來，非常推薦這裡，我們本來只定了兩晚，因為太喜歡這裡了第三晚又臨時加訂了一晚，我們有二晚是住beach suite，另外一晚住在beachfront pool villa ，beach front villa 設計真的無可挑剔，偌大的泳池及房間，房間舒適迷人，泳池超大海景超美。 全村的服務人員態度非常好，只要有看到你都會跟你打招呼並微笑，雖然飯店成立的時間已經有點久，沙灘上及一般房間的佈置是有一點舊，但感覺仍然是很用心在維護，只是我們第一晚住在1樓區108的海灘套房時，他的冷氣離床非常近，所以導致冷氣聲非常大聲，除此之外一切都非常完美；早餐的鬆餅無敵美味，自助式早餐的種類眾多，還有現切水果及現打果汁，因為渡假村很大，出入都可以叫櫃檯的buggy 車來接送，飯店就有自己的沙灘，也有水上設備：獨木舟、風帆船、S U P站立式滑板，而且有兩個泳池，基本上住在飯店就可以不用外出了，沙灘上也可以安排浪漫專屬晚餐及沙灘按摩，唯獨沙灘的沙子非常粗，要注意不要被刮腳，整體而言這仍是非常迷人的渡假村，如果預算許可建議住beachfront pool villa，我強力推薦

A quiet, comfortable and self-contained resort, with nice restaurants, spa, pool and beach. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Services are perfect - You may just rest assured that your room and even transportation are taken care of. We went there ten years ago for our honeymoon. We went there again in our 10th wedding anniversary. When they were aware that we returned, we were given some simple welcome surprises. Even after ten years, the resort is still in excellent condition. During this stay, most of the time it was raining but we still enjoyed our stay very much.

我和老公第一次到蘇梅...之前選擇了很久，最後決定了這裡，真是令人驚喜，沙灘很漂亮而且房間又是望泳池沙灘的，住宿了兩晚...走的時侯還有的不捨^^
