Great hotel with great location, 3 mins walk to BtS station. Environment and service are great, we had a great time there.
The location is close to everywhere, however, is also close to red district. Not very recommended if u stay here alone, especially if you are female.

去nana BTS站1-2分鐘，去siam站行siam center+siam paragon/citlom站睇四面佛行central world+big c好方便，兩三站就到，BTS好快
樓下商場有M記，starbucks，隨時想加餐冇問題
房間廁所整體也不錯，地方很夠
一晚我才三百多港紙，以地點方便，住舒適度來說性價比好高
Nana站到酒店個條街沿途就是街鋪和小攤，不太高檔，也有人妖坐在門口拉客，但我覺這些都不是問題，性價比最重要

3大3小預訂了 Family Connecting Room，原來是由兩間相連的二人房組成，房內有相連通道連接兩間房間。
首天到達酒店未兌換現金，未能付小費，不過接待員及服務員態度仍然良好。
酒店位置鄰近 Nana BTS Station，方便前往多個景點，可是乘搭 Taxi 的話有些方向可能不太順路，要繞個圈才到達酒店門口，而且 Sukhumvit Road 經常塞車。晚上帶著小小孩由 Nana BTS Station 走路返回酒店也不覺治安雜亂。
美中不足是欠缺浸浴設施。
酒店2樓合作的按摩服務及技術相當好。

Big room, nice location, security guard is good, but even 5 stars Hotel didn't ask for deposit, we already paid our Accommodation costs via HOTEL.CON, why need to pay deposit.
By the way, the room is allow to smoke, but window can't open.

Overall the stay is okay.
5mins walk to Bts Nana station, while the transportation noise may wake you up in the midnight.
Also we booked the room with view, but end up Grand 5 hotel is fully booked and gave us the room without window.

距離BTS站約5-8分鐘路程，酒店大堂在同名商場的二樓，但整體保安算是感覺不錯。由於附近有攤檔，麥當勞，超市等，到了晚上仍會熱鬧人多，持續至約2-3點，會比較嘈吵。酒店內衛生不錯，但走廊煙味很重，不知道是非吸煙房間是整層還是只有個別房間，但問題不算很大，房內活動空間足夠，冷氣強勁，唯每晚回到房間總有一股奇怪的味道，而且很多時冷氣會關掉，但開啟冷氣一會兒後就沒有什麼問題。酒店附近環境衛生不算太整潔，人流感覺有少少複雜，但整體感受是安全可接受。
