The staff at night shift was not so friendly. I greeted her nicely, but her tone when we spoke sounded grumpy. When I tried to explain, she did not listen first before making assumptions.

Room and interioro Cleanliness bad :(
11PM-7AM there's no hotel staff.
So if you have trouble, do it yourself.
Because I got low rate when I booked this property, well cheap but with bad facilites.

Mình đến buổi tối hơi trễ, lúc check in vào nhầm phòng giặt thì chị nhân viên hơi khó chịu một chút. Còn lại thì mọi người đều vui vẻ. Phòng oke với nhu cầu của mình. WC chung cũng thoải mái, có điều mọi người ra vào mang dép nên sàn nhanh dơ dù có dán giấy để dép bên ngoài 😅 Ở đây không gần BTS nhưng đến trạm bus cũng không xa. Nói chung thì cũng ổn 😁

Lokasi strategis di jalan besar. Kamar mandi bersih, ada bidet. Kurangnya ialah resepsionis tidak 24 jam, hanya 7-23:00, jadi susah kalau flight pagi. Tidak ada lift, jadi agak pegal.

Staff at the reception counter was so nice and can speak English well. I am staying at level 5 in a private room, and I noticed only my room was there, but still, it was a nice stay except for the part with no lift, so be prepared not to bring a heavy bag like me. 🥹. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the hostel itself has a cafe. Please try the pink drink. It's so good!

Biasanya hostel ada yang jaga meskipun kita check in malam atau gak ditinggalin kunci kamar dimeja resepsionis. Di sini check in jam 11 malam. Saya baru sampai 11.30 malam. Saya coba menghubungi no hostel yang tertera di aplikasi. Katanya itu bukan nomor hoft hostel. Kenapa harus mencantumkan nomor hostel lain? Kamar yang saya bayar semalam terpaksa saya tidur di sofa dalam keadaan cape baru datang. Kagetnya ternyata penjaganya tidur di dalam hostel dan ada beberapa orang. Kenapa hanya diam saja melihat saya tidur di luar dan meminta bantuan? Kalian ini dibayar untuk kerja lho. Saya perempuan sendiri lagi duh. Gak enak banget. Sia sia bayar hostel.

พนักงานไม่เต็มใจให้บริการมากๆ เหวี่ยงเหมือนเราไปพักฟรี ยืนมองลูกค้าแบบเหยียดมากๆ ห้องจะราคาถูกหรือแพงมไม่มีสิทธิ์มา้หวี่ยงหรือสั่งสอนลูกค้านะคะ ลูกค้าแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน คุณควรให้บริการอย่างเต็มใจ ถ้าง่วงมากก็ไปนอนค่ะ อย่ามาลงกับลูกค้า แจ้งแล้วว่าขอเช็คอินดึก จ่ายเงินแล้ว แต่บอกกับลูกค้าว่า ถ้ามาช้ากว่านี้ไม่มีที่ให้นอนนะคะ ทั้งที่จ่ายเงินไปแล้ว ได้หรอคะ

I like this hostel. I have stayed here a few times, but I noticed in my recent booking that they don't change the blanket covers. They only spray it with perfume. Sad to have discovered this. I hope they would improve on this.

Get what you pay for here, toilets/showers not clean, no towel provided, soap provided but empty bottles, generally didn't seem to be much upkeep to this place. Lots of steep stairs so if you have big luggage beware. Location was good, aircon worked well, beds were OK. Cheap price. Not my best hostel experience.

Tempatnya enak, apalagi buat kalian yang mau liburan. Bersih dan rapi, terus banyak bule-nya wkwkwk, tapi sayang agak jauh dari transportasi umum:).

Tempat sangat tidak memadai, tidak bisa cek in di atas jam 10 malam. Saya cek in jam 11 malam tidak ada 1 orang pun yang jaga di resepsionis, saya harus sampai ke hotel sebelah untuk pesan kamar untuk tidur dan cek in besoknya. Kamarnya sangat tidak memadai. Tidak ada lift jadi repot bawa barang. Disediakan disediakan sabun dan handuk. Jangan pernah menginap di hotel ini. Sengsara dan sangat tidak sesuai standar normal.
