Spacious room with stylish decoration. Though the room is a bit dark, I love the vintage style of this hotel a lot . The staff are friendly and very helpful. Very convenient for me to go shopping and have massage. Highly recommended 👍

I cannot express how much i like this hotel, the whole impression to me is glorious and grand.
Firstly, there has 4 types of welcome drinks which were very nice and the staffs were extradinary to be friendly and helpful.
The room is noble, the bathroom has bathtub which i really impressed.
I have heard that the hotel wagyu burger is good but this time didnt have chance to order room service and use the swimming pool, hope i can try next time.
It was surprised that there are lots of restaurants and shopping malls arround the hotel. it is so convenient to find something to eat. We regret not choosing this hotel for our whole journey as it is really an advantage to be convenient for our travel.
We will undoubtedly choose your hotel next time in bangkok.

The interior is too dark, the ambience is creepy, the carpet has an unpleasant smell. The room looks old and very dark, the air con was loud with a slight unpleasant smell. The wardrobe knob was loose and fell down as soon as we tried to open the wardrobe door. The worst of all, they were cockroaches in the toilet. Definitely NOT what I expected with the price I paid in Bangkok.

1) Booger and nose hair on the toilet wash basin
2) Bedbug on coach
3) Bedbug on light blue baby pillow
4) Folded the information photo page of my new passport with no reason after photocopying
5) 24/F roof bar / sky bar is blocked.
6) Outdoor pool side is extremely dirty and bad smell from swimming pool.
7) People from Muse overall is good.

房間偏小，燈光和自然光都不足，房間以深色裝修，顯得更壓迫。整潔度一般，以這個價錢來說不合格。早餐很一般，款式小。泳池和健身室也很小。員工態度友善，地點方便位處市中心。但同樣的價錢，會有更多更好的選擇。和同級數的酒店比較，失望。

但由於check in時已無非吸煙房（訂住時有要求非吸煙房）
酒店提出安排住一晚吸煙房
第二日轉房
酒店主動提出free一日早餐作為補償
結果住一晚即令部分衣物有煙味
感覺不太好
但見職員已盡力處理及補償
另外wifi很弱
酒店房內仍要用4G

非常良好的體驗。
一開始入住時，飯店人員（泰國人）是以英文與我們溝通，但在聽到我與同行友人是用中文對話時，飯店人員就自動轉成了中文，讓入住過程速度加快且順暢，非常棒！
另外，五星級飯店的房間寬敞、乾淨且味道（實際上的味道）非常香自然不用多言。最值得一提的是，入住第二天回來發現，整理房間的人員（我記得叫做Rem Ram，但也有可能叫做Ram Rem。他有用一張小卡寫他的名字，但我真的忘記了sorry）還很貼心的將散落在桌上、床上的物品收好、整理好並排列整齊，例如將眼鏡排好、手機線和相機充電線也捲好收好，這是我在其他飯店從來沒有遇過的服務，非常細心及貼心，值得推薦，下次也想再來入住

This is disaster I have never ever experience before even for the hotel rate is 2-3star. But this hotel charged me at USD140

非常良好的體驗。
