One of the best family friendly hotel in Koh Samui, this os our second visit, the manager of the restaurant is really good!

Utroligt smukt og lækkert hotel. Der er virkelig gjort noget ud af detaljerne og det ligger helt ud til vandet. Vi var heldige at få et værelse med havudsigt der var helt magisk. Personalet er altid imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Lækker morgenbuffet. Eneste minus var, at det lugtede lidt fra kloakken, der hvor vores værelse var.

Excellent service and very friendly personnel. Had some issues with cleanliness in the rooms but alltogether a good experience.

Stunning!

The property has a great outlook and is beautifully set up. The staff overall were excellent. We stayed in a Villa which was absolutely lovely.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui. The resort is stunning, with beautiful grounds and excellent amenities; perfect for relaxing (exactly what we wanted to do). While it’s in a quieter spot, it’s just a short drive to Chaweng, Cheongmon, or Bo Phut for more dining and activity options.

Hyatt Regency Koh Samui kan varmt anbefales. Vi var der i en uge. Skøn service og dejlige værelser. Meget børnevenligt. Personalet er utroligt hjælpsomt. Beliggenhed udenfor byen, men det er nemt med taxa, hvis man vil på marked o.l.

Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and food options were very good.

This Hotel was more like a Resort to me beautiful location to bring your family here. I will definitely vist again at this location very convenient location to go anywhere.

It was a lovely resort to relax but also had enough things for the children to keep busy with enough options for eating. The spa was also well priced and so rejuvenating. Gym was clean and Accessible too

Amazing property with lots of amenities and large spacious rooms. We had an ocean view room with a nice view of the beach and pool. The highlight of this property is hands down the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything about your stay is to your liking. A special shoutout to Jane at reception and Kookai at Yangna restaurant for their excellent customer service. The one drawback of this property is the location and proximity to amenities/attractions. There are limited options for transportation and dining outside of the hotel facilities. If you prefer a secluded hotel away from the more lively areas of the island like Chaweng, Lamai or Fisherman’s Village, then this would be a good choice. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so on my next trip to Koh Samui.
