Too far from BTS and MRT station! Too noisy from other rooms ! Especially the lower floors! Too many construction works around ! The worst thing is the housekeeping phone is beside my room …unbelievable ! So noisy and inconvenient ! Never book this hotel again!

房間有點破舊, 房間大門從裡往外看的水泥門框都有裂痕, 相同的價格我想我不會再住這間...
冷氣很不冷, 反應後派技師來修, 修了快半小時我們說想換房他們一開始不答應, 最後我們堅持才幫我們換房間.
浴室花灑的水壓很弱, 洗澡感覺很糟, 一下太熱一下又冷的, 很難調整, 真的超級煩人 !
唯獨床的舒適度還算是不錯 !

剛到飯店時，飯店人員服務態度不是很好，之後又隨便給了我們一間和照片不附和的房型，經過抱怨和不悅的臉相向後飯店經理突然態度大轉變幫我們換到位置較好的Silom區的I Residence.. Silom的位置真的比Sathon好太多了，以後再也不會訂I Residence Sathon了⋯

The room is quite big and clean with king size big bed for good sleep. Remind the room service to provide 2 water bottles, they will forget to give. The air-con is not too cold but acceptable. Can hear the sound of door closing by other neighbor at night. Shuttle tuk tuk service fr 8a.m. to 6p.m. to bts sala daeng and mrt Silom. Take around 20 mins walk distance to MRT Lumpini.

房间蛮大的，卫生间淋浴空间比较宽敞，也比较整洁。唯一有点问题的是空调在阳台上，晚上睡觉的时候噪音比较大。不过貌似泰国一般酒店空调都是这种放置方式。出门打车也还算方便。

A more than pleasant surprise: I booked a double room this time and was given a family suite --- a real apartment with dining/kitchen (fully-equipped) and bedrooms. Very spacious and very clean. Good Wi-Fi. I will stay again in the future.
