friendly staff and cozy room. However, the sound of the air-conditioner was so loud that the sleep was disturbed. The maintenance department was very helpful but there’s no way to fix it well

位置很好，在普吉镇中心，出门就是罗宾逊商场，商场里有超市，酒店周围夜里有大排档（不过价格虚高，不值得，坑游客）。酒店服务员很热情。房间是够小的，床也小。大床房是1.5的床，2个人睡有点挤。早餐要走到另外一家酒店去吃，不远。

员工热情 位置优越

早餐好，设施新，市中心，员工態度好。附近的食店多，按摩店也多，很方便。酒店门前还有個菜市场，方便了解當地飲食文化

酒店位置還可以，門口有便利店很方便，但是對面是菜市場早上出去有腥臭味。早餐品種不是很多，房間的窗很小還對著一根柱子，離預期的差別別有點大。

適合只作住宿飯店，因無泳池及活動場地，不近沙灘，對我是不錯的選擇，附近有大排擋可以食宵夜，酒店提供簡單早餐

Very good, if you wanna spend more time in the old city, it will be a good choice. Many stunning cafe around hotel.

in general good for the price, walking distance to the centre, but rooms have no views just to next building. Good that we can use gym from hotel next door

If you are looking for family stay, this is quite nice with good location and favorable price

La ubicación del hotel si vas oldtown Phuket o vas a quédate cerca del puerto para ir a phi phi island está bien! La limpieza estuvo normal

All great except the toilets in the rooms - no bolts or locks. Watch out if you planning on sharing the room with someone else

Hôtel agréable calme avec de belles chambres. Il est situé à proximité du marché de dimanche soir un marché est présent juste en face accès à la piscine du novotel offerte et seven eleven à proximité

Room was clean and comfortable but very simple and blind windows .. it s correct to stay, nothing to say, but clearly overpriced at 80 euros !! And can be sold more like 125 🙄 My room was just near lobby, where a game place is for kids .. since 8am kids are doing noise ..

Perfeito! O hotel é bem localizado, bem cuidado, tem acesso a piscina e academia do Novotel que fica no mesmo complexo. A equipe é um show, educadíssimo, simpáticos, sorridentes, me deram dicas do que fazer na cidade. Amei, obrigado!

Really great location, staff was helpful, and attentive, the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast selections.
