The Front Office Manager (Tarn) was very professional who made my stay in the hotel a great experience
The front desk team and all other servicing staff including security guards were all good too.
Check-in and check-out were fast.
It was only one-minute walk from my room to the swimming pool and the beach. Very nice
Buffet breakfast was provided in a nice restaurant with beautiful sea view.
The buffet breakfast and the bath tub could be improved to enhance the service quality for the hotel as a whole
Just few minutes walk from the hotel to the Beach Walking Street and the Jungceylon shopping mall. While the location of the hotel is excellent you can enjoy a quiet night.
I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

位置特别好！价格合理！私人海滩特别美，泳池也24小时可以使用，房间小一些，但是很干净，还有欢迎水果！就是蚊虫比较多，早点还可以，服务非常热情！步行巴东酒吧街10分钟，下次还会来！

整體環境乾淨/用餐/服務 都有80分.但是如果交通車部份車次可以多一點會比較方便,目前只有10點/14點/18點/20點 建議19點多增設一班!! 會比較方便!!!
