Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Passport. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.
入住/退房時間
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.
Security Deposit
For all reservations, a deposit of THB 3,000 (for each Villa) and THB 2,000 (for each Hotel rooms) is required in either cash or as an authorization on a credit card for incidental charges upon check-in.
The deposit will be returned upon check-out after deducting damage or incidental charges, if any
To enhance our offerings, we are upgrading the Resort’s entrance from 1st March 2025. These works are limited to the Resort’s entrance and do not impact Rooms or any of the facilities. You may experience temporary noise and hoarding at the Resort’s entrance, but we remain committed to providing you with an enjoyable stay. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you at IndoChine Resort & Villas.
