No ocean view but absolutely love the hotel. Staff was awesome

Staff were excellent and location was great. However, the power went out five times and lasting up to several hours while there for two days. Overnight, both nights. woke up to high temperatures in the room, no power, and no way to cool the room down. Would stay again, if the power grid is improved as this only occurred in the building of the IP and on either side of the building.

Good location, lower priced rooms are dated by the location makes up for it

Clean and well equipped room, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The resort is gorgeous. Very Clean. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable.

Amazing experience

Around 10:00am the "day tourists" arrive by boat in by 100"s/1000's. Its loud, hectic and not the vibe i was hoping for.

Lovely room in great hotel. Only minor issue is our deluxe room didn't have a power shower.

Good hotel. Quiet part of the island after all the day tourists flock away back to Pattaya! The service was awesome!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were not only incredibly helpful but genuinely kind and attentive. Their warmth added such a personal touch to the whole experience. What really stood out were the adorable little details throughout the property. The seashell decorations in the room were such a charming nod to the coastal setting, and the bath bombs for the outdoor tub were a delightful surprise! Soaking under the stars with a beautifully scented bath bomb was pure bliss. The bed was so comfortable, we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud, and the entire place was absolutely spotless. You can tell they truly care about maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the thoughtful amenities to the exceptional service. We can’t recommend this place enough—thank you for creating such a magical and relaxing getaway!
