Wir haben uns im Island Escape auf Coconut Island sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer mit Poolaccess war komfortabel und geräumig. Alles modern und sehr designorientiert Ein Manko ist leider der fehlende Kleiderschrank, so dass man gezwungen ist, aus dem Koffer zu leben. In der Dusche gab es keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen. Toilette und Dusche waren separate Räume, was wir als positiv empfanden. Das Waschbecken befand sich im Schlafraum. Die weitläufige Hotelanlage ( für Fußfaule gibt es einen Shuttleservice) ist schön angelegt und bietet viel Schatten. Schöner Strand mit vielen Bäumen und natürlichem Schatten. Der Pool am Strand ist auch schön, wurde von uns aber wegen des Poolaccesszimmers kaum genutzt. Lobend zu erwähnen ist die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Island Escape by Burasari has changed the pick-up pier for guests  from Leam Hin Pier to Boat Lagoon Pier  and adjusted the boat type  from a long-tail boat to scheduled speed boat.

• Booking must be made 1 day in advance and seats are subject to availability for safety purposes. 
• Please contact our Guest Service Centre for a Reservation.

Scheduled Speed Boat Transfer
• From Boat Lagoon: 11.00, 13.30, 16.00
• From the Resort: 12.30, 14.30, 17.30

Remarks
• Private Speed Boat Transfer is also available at Baht 5,500 per way up to 12 people.
• Please note that 3 days advanced booking is required.
• Free parking space at Boat Lagoon is available.
• Room rate includes for arrival and departure only, additional for Inhouse guests at THB 100 net per person per way

Apart from the complimentary resort scheduled speed boat transfer or after 18:00, guests are able to transfer by public long tail boat at Leam Hinn Pier at guest’s own expense.

The room rate is inclusive arrival and departure speedboat transfers between Boat Lagoon and the Resort as below schedule. Kindly noted that we have moved the pier from Lean Hin pier to Boat Lagoon Pier. Boat Lagoon (ท่าเรือโบ้ทลากูน) Address 20/72 Boat Lagoon 83000 Ko Kaew, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket On Google map: 7°57'51.8"N 98°23'19.8"E - Google Maps • Booking must be made 1 day in advance and seats are subject to availability and safety purposes. Please contact our Guest Service Centre for a Reservation. Remark • Private Speed Boat Transfer is Baht 7,000 per way up to 10 people. Extra-person is at 100 THB per person. The maximum capacity is 36 people/ speedboat. • There are free parking spaces at Boat Lagoon. Apart of the resort schedule or after 18:00 hrs, all value guests would be transfer by long tail boat from Laem hin pier to the resort. I did not have a good experience. Upon arrival I was suppose to get a welcome drink. I never received my welcome drink. I also had to have them changed my room because it wasn’t the room I booked. The mosquito’s are horrible. Overall the staff is lovely.

Preis-Leistung steht hier leider in keinem Verhältnis, sowohl die Anlage, als auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließen zu wünschen übrig. Kosten für Massagen, Getränke etc. waren sehr hoch im Vergleich zu anderen 5 Sterne Anlagen. Das inkludierte Frühstück hingegen war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Insel Coconut Island ist eher für Personen zu empfehlen, die sich nur im Hotel aufhalten möchten, nicht jedoch für Unternehmungen. Insgesamt leider keine 5 Sterne wert (Schimmel in der Dusche, braune Pools - den Bildern zu entnehmen).

Das Hotel ist mega schön. Essen war top und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man ist direkt am Strand und hat auch ein großes Pool. Das Hotel bietet ja auch einige Aktivitäten.

The Hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there is almost no space for Clothes storage or a cupboard. The surroundings are very green and kept in a good shape. The staff was very friendly, but not very attentive. Tables in the restaurant where not cleared and cleanded up to an hour for new guests. Overall it was a nice stay, whereas I would rate the Hotel max. 4 Stars, with prices of a 5 Star hotel.

Hotel was overall very nice. Private beach was lovely, however the ocean is not the nicest to swim in here. A few areas are incomplete (kids wet play zone) etc, but otherwise the finish is very nice. Huge pools everywhere, nice walks through the complex (reminded my a bit of centre parks as a child) and always available golf buggy collection.

Jättebra hotell!! Vilken service!😍 Vi blev körda till receptionen och rummet, fick inte bära våra väskor och levde verkligen i lyx. Hotellet låg nära stranden och var väldigt fint boende och poolområde. Ett väldigt trevligt hotell och rekommenderar verkligen att ha tillgång till poolen direkt i anslutning till rummet som vi hade. Var även en härlig poolbar.
