The owner and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the villa is awesome and the villa is very clean is tidy.

Just spent a wonderful vacation with my family at Jirana, Patong! The villa is well managed, clean and comfortable. Spacious living area and bedrooms. A fantastic sea view with location not far away from Patong beach. We enjoyed swimming every day at the private swimming pool in the villa! The villa manager, Dean, has been very helpful and nice and has provided full support, not only during our stay but also during the stage when we planned for our schedule at Phuket. He is always very responsive to our requests. Jirana will be surely our choice again for our next trip to Phuket!

住的是2间房的Baby Jane，房间非常Nice，也很干净，服务很好。Manager Dean 人也很Nice，可以帮忙搞定外卖叫车等事情，可以电话或者微信他。而且还帮我电话机场找回了丢失的驾照。地理位置俯瞰芭东海滩，唯一的缺点是出行要靠车，如果没有带接送的活动，去芭东单程需要300铢。

此行是家庭旅行，一行9 人租住4房別墅，別墅空間很大，一行人坐在客廳也不覺得迫，別墅共有三層，最底層的是3間睡房，中層是客廳、飯廳、廚房和露台泳池，最高層的是主人套房，所有房間均設有獨立洗手間 主人套房的視野更是絕佳風景，左手邊及床尾位置全是一排大窗設計，早上一覺醒來，眼前便是巴東海灘全景，景觀非常漂亮及心懭神怡 中層行出露台便是一個長型泳池，泳池空間充足，景觀同是巴東海灘全景，邊游泳邊看風景，很開心放鬆 令我最驚喜的是，今次帶同一歲女兒同行，別墅竟設有嬰兒床及High Chair，真的是十分貼心，真的方便多了 這裡的服務人員態度很友善，很樂意幫忙，而且還留下了聯絡電話，隨時可以聯繫，這一點很好 今次是非常滿意的住宿，值得推介👍

去酒店的路程比較多斜坡多彎 泳池太過細 但架車去巴東海灘和夜市很方便 價錢太貴 與差不多同級的在車程不足30分鐘 例如－Wink’s Villa 價錢平一半有多

Everything is prefect except the location is a bit far away from the downtown. Excellent staff and super nice view. Dean, the property manager provides the excellent service all the times. Don't wait. Plan to stay here for your next trip.

The villa is exactly the same with the photos shown. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice, esp the Manager Dean! He has helped us a lot including organizing a surprised birthday party with purchase and follow up. The villa is super clean and comfortable, which I will highly recommend for families and group of friends. Location might be a bit far away that we need to take the taxi in and out the villa but the price is reasonable and this makes the villa quite and peaceful with good privacy. I and my friends enjoyed our holiday in Phuket and Jirana, thank you very much!!

入住的是jane mind，與相片99%相同，風景美麗，地理位置一般，較適合自駕遊或使用租車服務，是次旅遊有租車，所以一切都很方便，Dean很好人，感覺很親切，也會細心介紹一切。 酒店地理位置一般，在山上，距離芭東不遠，雖在山上，但附近也有family market，步行約10分鐘，不過由於一早於big c購買充夠物資，所以沒有真正試過步行過去。 另提提大家，就算沒有購買充足食糧，其實也可放心，因為Dean可協助訂購外賣pizza hut或kfc，所以我與家人其中一餐晚餐也是外賣KFC。 房間乾淨，企理，泳池不太大，也不算太少，但要注意有三層，第一層為主人房，第二層為泳池，廚房，飯廳，客廳，最底層是三間房，如行樓梯不便的人，需考慮此點，因為我有家人步行能力一般，而第二層沒有房間，所以其上落有點吃力。 總結整體十分滿意，價錢合理，風景美麗，值得推薦與一家人渡假，享受休閒旅遊假期。

We live in 4 rooms villa All rooms are very clean and comfortable And the view is really good, can enjoy the whole Patong Beach Mr Dean is a very nice manager,he take care us and very helpful thanks,and we will be back

the location of this hotel is a bit far, up to the hill,go out or come in must need tuk tuk or taix. Within 10mins to patong beach.otherwise everything were not bad. The manager Dean was very helpful. He can help you order food from outside since they don't have restaurant. He can help u call the massage service from outsider, since they don't have spa.

Jirana Patong location is good, quiet and not far away from Patong beach, it just 10 minutes to Patong Beach (By taxi). Hotel can arrange taxi for Guest to nearly anywhere you want with a reasonable price (compare with the price just take the taxi on the street with no reservation). we bought the snacks and drinks in the Family Mart within 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel facilities are tidy and EVERYDAY will clean up the pool. The Hotel manager provide intimate service and patience, we arrived Phuket at around 01:00 am and he wait for us from 11:30pm until we arrived. He serve for almost 20 hours per day. My friend and I don't know any Thai, the manager help us to arrange and communicate with the local driver at 06:00 am and advise us the good dinning place for that night, and also help us to order takeout at around 11:00 pm after our SPA on the other day. The Manager provided information and tips to us about the local tour. We all enjoy this trip to Phuket under the help of the hotel manager. We hope to visit Patong and stay in Jirana Patong again in a short period of time.

房間比相片所看的面積更大，負責人Dean非常有責任心及同理心，性價比來說，比起其他villa，這間選擇非常不錯

we stayed at Jirana 4 bedrooms villa and the villa is very spacious and clean. we appreciated the service of the manager, Dean, very. He is very friendly, nice and helpful. He can help the guests to call taxi and order food from outside. We do hope to stay at Jirana again!

性價比高!! 值得入住!!

是次我們一行六人入住此飯店，整體環境設施不錯，乾淨及寬躺，但位置較偏僻，每次外出均要電召的士或篤篤。 此行亦有一件不愉快的事情發生，容我在此跟大家分享。入住的一個晚上我們被飯店的管家（男性）私自用後備鎖匙打開房間，他指我們聲浪太大騷擾了其他客人休息，態度十分無禮地叫我們閉嘴，此時我們六個女生正在游泳，全都被嚇呆了。我認為這是不能接受的方式，完全侵犯了住戶的私隱！我們續跟他理論，他竟然講我們沒有資格跟他談判，更反問我知否和誰人在說話！最後我們態度強硬叫他出去他才不屑的離開房間。我明白晚上發出太大的聲浪可能會騷擾了其他客人，但亦應先敲門或致電作提醒，而不是一言不發就擅自打開住戶的房門，更惡言相向！嚴重毀掉了客人對飯店的信任和好感。 管家態度惡劣，同時令我感到沒有私隱，所以不會再考慮入住。
