非常好，10/10，无论是景观、清洁度还是服务。每个人都很可爱。游泳池非常漂亮。但早餐的话，猪肉和海鲜的菜单并不多。我希望有一些。但总体来说还是不错的。工作人员训练有素。当他们遇到顾客时，他们会停下来打招呼并微笑。停下来让我们先走。我们感觉到您确实关心您的客户。❤️

It’s a relaxing place for me and husband for holidays. Overall is good, especially the nice sea view from my room. Soaking in a hot bath tub with lovely sunset, that’s stunning!
The only complaint is bad traffic from or to Patong beach, waste lots of time.

No insects on the pool, the water is very clean although there are many trees. Room dining is delivered within 30 minutes at 24/7, price is reasonable. I can travel to basically anywhere within 30 minutes, calling a car through grab is super quick usually take no more than 5 minutes. There are hospitals and clinics nearby

酒店很大很靚，設施很好，環境一流，早餐不錯，有車出芭東，職員清潔房間也很整齊，唯獨有件事扣了小小分，就是職員竟然不認識卡利馬海灘在哪，應該是最近的海灘吧，但都指錯了路，害我行了很多冤枉路了，其他一切都很好，員工友善有幫我們拿行李

我訂的是海景的房間，風景不錯，也很安靜，但是酒店設施已經很陳舊了，尢其洗手間會有異味排出，我們共住了4晚都沒有換過床具，而且洗溂用品也不會主動補充，包括浴巾類，還好我有攜帶。游泳池的水質也一般。整體感覺普通

員工服務非常好，回應快速。在VILLA內游水時遇到有水蛇，通知酒店前枱，很快便派人來到處理。
惟我BOOK的是全酒店最貴的VILLA，打算寧靜及享受。但VILLA門外的路整段也正在有工程，非常大塵及空氣不好。
加上由於VILLA出入是需要由酒店BUGGY接送，工程車堵塞在VILLA外，令我們出入也要步行一段路才能上落BUGGY。
VILLA靠山，很多小昆蟲，晚上必須關上門。
早餐選擇多，味道不錯。
酒店內的INFINITY POOL很棒

The view is fantastic, but the room maintenance is so poor. Facilities in room were broken, eg the bricks at the private pool was broken, it is east to made u hurt. The hanger clips were all broken, u cannot use it. And the hangers can be used in room only, there is no hanger for u to hang yr clothes at balcony. The light at balcony was broken, u cannot switch on. The metal was rust and wood was broken at the swimming pool/balcony. It makes me so disappointed. Also the breakfast in open area, so many fly was there. Hope the hotel can improve it.

Check in的時間花很久，櫃台態度不佳。房間在山坡上，到房間的路程很遙遠。
有無邊際泳池不錯，泳池的水是海水，泳池中間有酒吧
去其他地方必須叫車，車程都蠻遠的，車錢會是一筆開銷
房間燈光昏暗
晚上回去門口刷房卡沒反應，才發現打掃房間人員竟然沒將房間門關上，後來與飯店反應也不了了之
光上述這點就已經非常誇張
以後來普吉也不會再住這，也建議各位下訂前三思
