Amazing hotel! Very clean, super friendly staff! My husband and I stayed for one week with our small you poodle. They provided a pet bed with dog bowls and free water for my little dog, he loved being here. The pool was awesome for the dogs too, there is no pool for us just the dog pool. You can use it but will smell like a dog lol! The cafe on site is very quaint and has great options for food and coffee, also have special food for your pet to eat with you. Their dogs on site are very friendly and playful too. Very lovely hotel, highly recommend starting here!!

My favourite hotel among the other two during my stay in Chaing Mai. Staff was quick in response to my request and willing to offer help like booking cheaper transportation and gave me useful suggestions. The dogs are clean and happy to play with everyone.

Located near Ping river, but still very close to downtown area.
And the place is pretty relaxing and with welcoming staff.
3 min walk to Ping riverside bars/restaurants, and around 100baht with tuktuk to downtown area.
However this is a pet friendly hotel, so if you don't like dogs don't think this is the choice for you. Hotel got two dogs running around sometimes, but don't worry they are quiet at night.
If you are renting scooter or car, you can park in front of the hotel. However the space is limited, around 3 scooters and 3 car parking space.

- Ketawa Pet Friendly Hotel and cafe is located near Ping River, 2 mins-walk to the famous restaurants such as Good View and Riverside. We welcome all kinds and sizes of pets with pet welcome set upon arrival. (no minimum stay in one room and also is free of charge!) - The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and 10 mins walk to Warorot Market. Chiang Mai International Airport is a 20-minute ride away. - Spacious rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom and hair-dryer. Drining water, tea and instant coffee are complimentary in room. - We provide dog swimming pool with reasonable price for Hotel's guests (advance booking is required)

服務人員態度非常友善且用心協助我們解決訂巴士票丶租車丶叫車等事宜。房間明亮乾淨寬敞，而且還有寵物專用床～對愛寵物的人來說是個非常棒的選擇。唯一的缺點是在長長的小巷內，晚上出入不方便。

一進去感覺不太好 和照片太大分別 燈光非常暗，冷氣沒有很冷，而且很偏僻， 非常多蚊，喜歡寧靜的話就不錯 附近基本沒有吃的 最近的7-11也要走兩公里。。。 酒店沒有提供牙刷和牙膏 ，一大清早要跑出去7-11買。總括來說是住這麼多酒店最差和比較失望的一間

服務人員有禮貌且熱心，第一印象就很好！地點很好，三分鐘即可抵達知名的河畔餐廳，慢慢散步河畔可走到知名夜市和塔佩門，因為旅店位於靜巷，怕吵的我們睡的很舒服，最值得推薦的是早餐，精緻又美味，咖啡也很棒，為每一天充滿元氣！

2016/7/14～18家族旅遊在此住了四晚。有設計感的小飯店，泳池也小小的很可愛，櫃檯人員很棒，房間空間很大，衛浴用品的小細節讓人覺得有用心。餐廳設計感好，雖然位在巷內，但走5分鐘出巷口就是湄檳河邊，有許多知名的餐廳與咖啡店了，地點不算太大。缺點為；隔音略差，早餐變化少，若能再多點選擇就更完美了。

We have spend 5 nights in Ketawa hotel, overall is nice especially nice staffs and room design. The hotel location a bit far from old town, difficult to take tuktuk or any transportation to town during morning or evening time. You might walk around 20 -30 minutes, but still nice walk.
However, we are difficult to sleep at night during 11pm - 2am as too noisy outside which bars and restaurants around.....
