Newly built hotel, located in Karon district 500 meters away from Karon and Kata beaches. Hotel location is one of the main advantages of it.
Rooms with 1 - 2 bedrooms are designed in the modern style with the use of high-quality finishing materials and branded appliances. 42 rooms on 5 floors with a restaurant, a minimart, a lounge area on the roof with a swimming pool and a sunset bar. Rooms are designed in one concept with private bathrooms. Rooms are set up with king-size beds or two single beds. Family rooms offer a king-size bed and one single bed.
Air-conditioned accommodation for couples and families up to 4. For babies, baby cribs are provided upon the guest's request. All rooms in the hotel are equipped with a cable flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, an En suite bathroom, complimentary toiletries.
The reception procures registration service, meeting at the airport, taxi, cleaning maintenance, wake-up service. Guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast at the on-site restaurant.
Guests can explore beaches in walking distance, many local markets, shops, and dining options, as well as other entertainment spots in the surroundings. Patong is in 15 minutes’ drive from the hotel. The nearest airport is Phuket International Airport, 45 km away.

Romms are quite comfortable, no balcony, only window. Hotel is located very close to electrical transformer unit. Wiew from the vindow on this electrical equipment. Rooftop pool is small. It was out of service for two days because of maintenance (fungus or algae filtration). Breakfast has pretty small amount of options to choose. No parking. Overall it is okay for short stay, not more than 2-3 days.

The hotel is close to both beaches, Kara and Katon.
You can walk to Big Buddha within 60-90 minutes.
The rooftop bar and pool are nice with view at the sunset.
Negative:
After 7:00-7:30 a.m. you probably wake up by the noise on the street

I like the staying at this hotel very much! Wonderful! Clean! Great location! It is easy to go to both beaches- 5 minutes to Karon, 7 minutes to Kata. Both ways without difficult hills. Beautiful and cozy rooftop with pool, bar and lounge area. New furniture and good quality bed suits. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

The front desk staff were very friendly and walked us to the room on check-in. The pool on the rooftop was small but they had a fun swim up bar. Unfortunately there are only about 4-5 chairs available under umbrellas so I wasn't able to use the pool for the entire stay as the chairs were always taken. The hotel is located on the main road and there is ALOT of street noise and noise from other rooms. We heard people in the room nextdoor talking and alot of hallway noise. We lost one of the plastic key cards during our stay and they charged us for it. They also had to check our room before we left to make sure we didn't break anything! But our room rate was about $70 / night so I guess you get what you pay for :)
