晚班的夜間櫃臺人員，我們入住了10分鐘 都還沒有開空調，跟他反應後，還一付不耐煩的態度，洗手檯的水溢出來，請他找人幫我們用，他也只是拿了兩條地墊毛巾應付我們，完全不會再去了

最喜歡是有長滑梯讓小朋友每天都玩，另外二樓有一個小playroom，適合年紀細的小朋友。酒店員工非常有禮，而房間設備齊全（有小型雪櫃、小型夾萬、電制拖板），廁所比較細，房內燈光較暗。交通方便，如果步行到BTS站比較遠，大約15分鐘。但call grab就非常方便，酒店門前方便上落車。價錢非常實惠，房間略欠清潔。

I am afraid the hotel needs to update their bedding, the bed is not flat enough.

這是一個對兒童友善的飯店，適合親子。
這也是一間餐廳，多個國家的旅客都有，吃飯喝咖啡下午茶人士也不少，方便用餐。
等待大廳就是店內用餐，空間有點擁擠，不太建議在那邊吃早餐很吵回音⋯⋯
也許因為擁擠check in時某些孩子會顯得很焦躁，把綿羊抱枕都摔在地上，真讓人傻眼。
飯店部門服務人員專業，還有會中文的人員很親切。
房間是加高地板，乾濕分離的淋浴，淋浴水龍頭會滴水....不好使用，其他備品都是很有優良的喔！

第一晚入住便驚嚇,水喉聲及酒店及走廊隔音是最大問題,其它看相就知道,起初看到評論及以為係日本人開會清潔,但事實同一間五個晚上都沒換床單只換毛巾,地下垃圾沒有清理好,洗水間,衣櫃同書枱係同一個空間,沖涼後要在外面換衫,冷氣不能除意調溫度,餐廳除了第一個早餐是男廚師煮較為好味,其它早午晚我都試過兩位女廚師真得差很遠.

我分別訂了兩個房間，41號和75房，兩個家庭共四成人三小童。一家四口入住41號房間算是足夠，但一家三口入住75號房則明顯太狹窄了，其實容納兩位成人已經好逼了，為何用作家庭房呢！整段旅程，酒店整體的服務質素是不俗的，論洒店的設計、地理環境、配套設施，在這個價錢下，已勝過其他同類型路線的洒店！員工的熱心和誠懇態度、提供餐飲服務的廚師們，他們的用心，我們是感受得到，特別一讚是門外年紀較大的那位保安伯伯！些微瑕疵總會有，我亦不忍睹這些瑕疵會影響這羊咩咩酒店引來負評，我誠意希望酒店能更進一步，更上一層樓。餐廳出現蒼蠅應可以控制得更好，只要酒店旁橫街置放垃圾的位置，能加以管控便能解決。房客所使用的保安門卡，每晚都出現失效情況，每晩都要打擾櫃臺的員工刷新一次。最後，房內的打掃吸麈應該徹底加強會更加好。這趟七日六夜之旅，入住兩所房間，我誠意給予80分！希望未來我們能有機會給予100分。謝謝！

Kokotel is a nice accommodation. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food quality is very high especially the Pad Thai one. It's also very safe to stay there. The surrounding is good and the security man also helps us arrange cars. One bad point is that the shower room, the toilet and the washbasin are separate.
