We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, it was simply excellent, beautiful hotel, excellent pool, magical beach with white sand, the hotel allows you to take SUP and kayaks, is on the beach, the main street - 2 minutes and a whole world of restaurants and massages. Bottom line - we will be back again

Upon check-in, you are required to bring Boarding Pass. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit THB 2,000.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:30.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:

During the period;
01 May - 15 July
16 September - 31 October
01 November - 22 December

• Cancellation more than 2 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be applied. Less than 2 days, 1 night charge.

During the period;
06 January - 30 April
16 July - 15 September

• Cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to 2 nights charge of the confirmed room nights).

During 23 December - 05 January

• Cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to a 100 % (of the confirmed room nights).


No show:
• The total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay shall be chargeable.

Shorten stay:
• No refund will be made for any short stay and the entire duration of stay shall be chargeable.

Deposit Policy:
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a minimum of 1 night(full) deposit, within the next 72 hours after the reservation has made.

Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs.
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.

All our rooms are 'Non-Smoking' a minimum cleaning charges THB 5,000 applies if smoking occurs in the rooms.

We require a THB 2,000 per stay cash/credit card pre-authorized deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges for each room.

Government issues Photo ID/a valid passport is required to check in.

No third person credit card allows.

No pet allowed.

- A compulsory New Year Eve gala dinner on the 31st December for two adults per one bedroom is included in the room rate. - An extra person charge for the gala dinner is THB 4,500 net per adult and THB 2,250 net per child aging from 4 to 11 years old. The payment is required upon arrival.

Check in was slow, plus we were interrupted halfway through while three of them dealt with another customer who just walked through the door. Very odd. The rooms were quite pokey, with quite a strange configuration. No draft beer or beers offered during happy hour, only cocktails. Place is very quiet in the evening - the pool bar is none existent. This hotel is about a 10/15 minute walk to the action, very quiet and quite run down surroundings. For the money they’re charging guests it should be a lot better than it is. I believe they work on a charge as much as you can policy because I doubt they get any repeat business.

Hotel is situated right on the beach, which is lovely. Great sized pool area, breakfast was good. Staff were fine, not overly friendly but not bad. Even though it’s in a busy area you are just at the end so you get no noise from the bars.

Our favourite hotel and location during our recent trip to south Thailand. Great facilities in the room (toiletries /beach towels etc) and very quiet. Pool and beach location was stunning, free use of paddle board and kayak. Always a bed free and never overcrowded. Breakfast was lovely, we particularly liked the range of fruit available and the egg station. We used bar for lunch and cocktails during the day which were also great quality. The hotel also did a free trip to the local hill top temple, this was a lovely touch. Overall a very relaxing hotel in a beautiful location

Unfortunately this hotel didn’t live up to expectations after reading previous reviews. Check in wasn’t great as only 1 person on reception and lots of people collecting keys at 2pm. No assistance with luggage to room. Room was exceptionally small. On the plus side the pool and restaurant area was very well looked after with helpful staff. Access directly onto beach with hotel sunbeds available.

Huoneessa olisi voinut olla vaatteille joitakin hyllyjä tms. nyt oli vain hengarivaatteille paikka. Siivous toimi hyvin. Hotellin alue muutenkin meidän mieleen. Aurinkotuoleja oli riittävästi ja altaitakin useampi. Meri vielä ihan vieressä. Aamupala oli riittävä. Henkilökunta oli aivan mielettömän ystävällisiä.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la meilleure chambre de l’hôtel La Vida Samui (avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer). Si la chambre était convenable et la vue magnifique, nous sommes très loin d’un service digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, comme ils se revendiquent. Certes, la piscine et la vue rattrapent un peu l’expérience, mais la piscine manque clairement de privacy, ce qui gâche l’intimité. Quant au personnel, il n’était pas du tout au niveau : accueil peu professionnel, services réduits au strict minimum. Le point le plus décevant fut notre expérience du petit-déjeuner flottant, commandé deux jours à l’avance. Lorsqu’il nous a été apporté, sous une pluie battante, un technicien effectuait la maintenance de la piscine, à l’heure précise où nous avions demandé le service (en raison d’un vol à prendre ensuite). Le personnel n’a même pas jugé bon de reporter ou adapter la prestation, ce qui a ruiné l’expérience. De plus, le petit-déjeuner flottant nous a été facturé 1000BTH, alors que le petit-déjeuner était déjà inclus dans notre réservation. Je comprends qu’un supplément puisse être appliqué pour ce service, mais un tel montant semble excessif, surtout compte tenu des conditions dans lesquelles il nous a été servi. En résumé, cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions et encore moins de son classement supposé. La vue ne suffit pas à compenser un service si décevant. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Le point le plus décevant fut notre expérience du petit-déjeuner flottant, commandé deux jours à l’avance. Lorsqu’il nous a été apporté, sous une pluie battante, un technicien effectuait la maintenance de la piscine, à l’heure précise où nous avions demandé le service (en raison d’un vol à prendre ensuite). Le personnel n’a même pas jugé bon de reporter ou adapter la prestation, ce qui a ruiné l’expérience. De plus, le petit-déjeuner flottant nous a été facturé 1000BTH, alors que le petit-déjeuner était déjà inclus dans notre réservation. Je comprends qu’un supplément puisse être appliqué pour ce service, mais un tel montant semble excessif, surtout compte tenu des conditions dans lesquelles il nous a été servi. En résumé, cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions et encore moins de son classement supposé. La vue ne suffit pas à compenser un service si décevant. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
