L'esprit de Naiyang Beach Resort

衛浴沒有乾濕分離，略為可惜。房間很大，泳池很大，很棒。去海灘可以搭繩船渡河在穿越叢林就到奈陽海灘了。奈陽海灘不會太觀光化，很悠閒的海灘。

高性價比，位置較偏僻，早餐食物選擇小，值得再租住！

Staffs are good, nice and helpful. But the room has lots of bugs!! So horrible. I can provide photos if you need.

Private pool 算是大的，只是旁邊有昆蟲螞蟻。 房間洗手間都很大，還有個可以兩個人躺下的浴缸，但水壓不足沒什麼熱水所以沒有泡浴缸浴了。整體房間整潔，服務人員有禮， 但設拖有些舊但可以接受。

地處機場附近，車程只需10至15分鐘。房間非常寬敞，泳池也很大和非常美麗，但除此之外便沒有什麼設施了。距離沙灘非常之近，從房間走路五分鐘便可到達，沙灘附近有一些餐廳和按摩店，也有兩間店便利店，但缺乏其它大型商場和娛樂設施。

Everything is good !! But the light at our private pool is not workable all the night time even 18:00-21:00, request to repair but seems no following up! so, cannot swim at night...

Staffs have bad English. And everything was very rigid. All the experience was very terrible. I won't give the hotel any change again.

Love this place, quiet and private. Love the pool villas. Fantastic staff. Been here several times and will come back again.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. The food was superb, with every meal beautifully prepared and full of flavour. It was clear that great care and attention went into every aspect of the dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The excellent service, fantastic food, and welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

My sister and I stayed here for two wonderful weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We truly had no complaints throughout our entire stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive and highly professional, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of every day. During our time in Phuket, we met many amazing people and on our final night, the resort kindly allowed us to host a small gathering with our new friends. It turned into such a memorable celebration and we really appreciated the relaxed and accommodating atmosphere. The food and beverage selection was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious meals and drinks to enjoy throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making our visit so enjoyable, comfortable and unforgettable. Keep up the fantastic work! We miss the members we interacted with already lol.. Everything EXCELLENT, only complaint is leaving doors open for extended periods of time before guests arrive may make the property smell nice but has the effect of inviting in ants, none in the bed area which is a positive but plenty in the bathroom. That is my only complaint. Otherwise I highly recommend this accommodation. Total quality and value for money. Helpful and kind staff. Location could be better but grab and bolt are cheap to everywhere and doesn’t discount how great everything else is about this place.

Starting with the positives - most of the staff at this hotel are delightful. Really friendly and helpful. We booked a pool access suite for a few nights. We got a lovely welcome at check in with a drink and good explanation of the hotel. We also got a free taxi shuttle to the airport included. The first room we were given was not great. It had a lot of marks on the ceilings, particularly in the bathroom and you could tell things such as damp had just been painted over instead of being dealt with properly. We did not have a smart tv and a lot of the cable channels were unwatchable due to bad reception. We also could not get any hot water in the shower. Our terrace opened up to the pool but was completely exposed for most of the day - no shade at all, which made it unusable in the heat and strong sun. The terrace and steps into the pool were also badly designed. The steps were outside the main room door so to get back to the terrace from the pool you had to walk through the main room. You couldn’t get in and out of the pool onto the terrace. We were given a different room on the second day which was much better - we had shade and this one had a smart tv with Netflix etc. The pool itself is tired and in need of maintenance. It also needs a filter. It’s full of dead bugs - wasps, flies, moths and filthy. Not a relaxing swim. Breakfast was sub par for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. Definitely not worth the extra charges.

I had the most wonderful solo stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I took advice from other reviews and took a suite with pool access which was great - windows on 3 sides but curtains for privacy. Bed was comfy and the suite was spotless and cleaned every day. The pool is wonderful. So warm and just delightful being off the room. There is also a swim up bar. The restaurant is great, the food nicely cooked and I highly recommend the green chicken or beef curry. Omelettes at breakfast were spot on. Location wise it is right next to Nai Yang beach, which is lovely - and for a change of scenery a sunbed and shade can be rented for a day for around 150 bhat. To get to it, you have to take a small raft across an estuary. To get to other restaurants and the 7 Eleven and cash machine, you can walk up the beach and along or through the gorgeous national park. The raft stops around 8pm but a taxi back is easy and cheap. The hotel made it easy to arrange a taxi or driver for a day or half day trip out, and could be added to the bill. Outside the hotel, cash is King although most of the restaurants will take cards. I will certainly return, I stayed six days and would have stayed longer. So relaxing - far from the nightlife of Patong, which you can go to in a taxi if you want to about 25 minute drive away.

This is our second time staying with L'espirit de Naiyang and we absolutely loved it. We always found the staff to be exceedingly helpful and friendly. We love the location of the resort and the proximity to the nature reserve and beach. Moreover, we enjoyed crossing the river/lake by the resort and walking up and down the quirky "high street". Breakfast at L'espirt de Naiyang is ok if you have a Western palate (bacon, sausages, danishes, cakes, fried chicken, potatoes, etc). For those with a non-Western palate, breakfast staples were more or less fried rice, noodles, and a stir fried vegetables. Having said that, there was plenty of fresh fruits and salad available for breakfast too. L'espirit de Naiyang does the best chocolate brownie for breakfast, and their chocolate brownie ice cream sundae (lunch/dinner) is the best I have ever tasted. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
