性价比超高的酒店！我们一家8个人入住这个VILLA，只有一件房间比较小，其他都很合理OK。还有专人上门做早餐，有四种早餐可以选择！还可以点BBQ让他们做。简直是棒极了。适合一家大小度假。

純粹個人relax -我住過好多villa 同5星酒店，呢個真係一間物超所值酒店！首先我要零晨兩點先check in，服務員已經凖備好所有，最快時間帶我入房，然後有禮貌講解房內設備。因為4千幾尺，唔講真係唔知有幾多度開同燈制！所有設備都好新，最初我怕有蚊，但出奇地帶來嘅蚊香都冇點，有小小蟻，但可接受，非常乾淨！水壓同凍熱水都冇問題，冷氣機、房間唔會有怪味！我最鐘意裏面有電動咖啡機，食物方面－自助早餐都有水準，不過晚餐就麻麻！酒店環境寧靜，由其見唔到大陸人！服務員非常有禮貌，一定要試message 共2700株90 mins body 加90 mins foot !唯獨交通問題，一定要租車!

酒店环境没一流，而且安静不会被打扰，离机场非常近，但是周边设施就落后了点，基本出行都要靠打的。普吉岛的交通费非常昂贵，所以和其他地区的酒店比起来各有利弊吧。另外，有点小失望的是酒店的SPA服务，选了1个2500泰铢的SPA套餐（套餐上写了120分钟），问服务人员说是买一送一，做完后得知买1送1是指90分钟的除足部以外的全身按摩，送30分钟的足部按摩。我可是一开始就说明我需要从头到脚的按摩，而且问了好几次是不是买一送一的套餐，对方都告知是的。不过做的力度很舒服，所以也不追究了...

这个酒店硬件真的很棒，600多平方米不是盖的，上下都各有一个游泳池。但是！！服务跟不上，WIFI从入住的第一晚就已经反映有问题，到离开那天早上再投诉三次才有人来。呃。。。楼上游泳池的灯也是从第一天晚上就说来修，结果从此就没有人来反映过这件事。还有，房间蟑螂到处跑是很正常的，出门碰到蜘蛛网也很正常。 所以，软件还是要提升一下。

位置太偏闢,卻又沒有提供到downtown的shuttle bus,只能坐飯店安排的黑牌計程車,既不安全又昂貴,其它的部份都還不錯.如果不想留在villa發呆的朋友建議要好好考慮一下.

接待我们的管家，服务非常好，我们本来想自己去附近买菜回来做，但因为正好遇到穆斯林的节日，没有人卖菜，结果管家为了道歉，自己买了很多菜来到我们住的房间教我们做泰国菜，真是意外的收获。酒店施设是泰式风格的，感觉有些老旧，但是空间是很大，房间也很大，私人泳池有点小。

时间关系在普吉的最后一晚在Maikhao Dream Villa Resort and Spa入住，感觉非常好，别墅的面积超大，两个游泳池一个按摩池都很不错，孩子玩得很开心，服务员态度也很好，总体感觉很好，感觉稍欠不足的地方早餐感觉跟酒店档次不太相称，吃饭自己备点食材比较好，下次会多住几天。

I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet.

I mean the villas for that price and beach access was great. Only issue would be they may need to do some maintenance around the property - for example our door was difficult opening & closing due to a part of the wood getting stuck. Location is truly For those who want to be in their own bubble everything else is about 20-30 mins from resort. Staff was incredible but felt bad that they were short staffed possibly due to the time of season we were there?

I was blown away at this resort. The villas were so amazing and my family really enjoyed the pools. We got plenty to eat at breakfast and it was an easy walk to town for any other meal. The staff immediately responded to any issue. The gym facility was small but nice. The beach was lovely and quiet.

I mean the villas for that price and beach access was great. Only issue would be they may need to do some maintenance around the property - for example our door was difficult opening & closing due to a part of the wood getting stuck. Location is truly For those who want to be in their own bubble everything else is about 20-30 mins from resort. Staff was incredible but felt bad that they were short staffed possibly due to the time of season we were there?
