Metadee Concept Hotel

我住的是pool villa, 房間及廁所好大好舒服。 但是pool villa 個pool 係游唔到水。如果再簡，我會簡pool access 好過，省好多錢。 附近有地盤，中午冇得休息。

I had a great time here. The hotel was very nice and the pool was magnificent, like a river in jungle. The hotel was around 10-15 mins walking distance from the Kata Beach and night market. It also offered free shuttle bus to the Beach at specific times. Staff was nice and helpful. The only problem I had with my stay was the poor wi-fi network in my room (I stayed in the room far from reception).

I like pool access room, long swimming pools such a very nice. There too much mosquitoes and construction at outside that is not good.

Nice staff. There are free buggy ride to the main Street.

酒店遠離海灘，但有shuttle bus 接截到海灘，亦有buggy service出入酒店，隔音有點差，早上會聽到好多工作人員在對話，或泳池中人們嬉戲的聲音，深夜會聽到golf 車聲音，但整體服務唔錯，房間好乾淨，沒有任何蛇蟲鼠蟻，唯早餐質素完全不達5 星級酒店水準，有待改善。

General speaking, the hotel is quite good. Close to the Kata beach, comfortable room and energetic and polite staff. The only thing disappointing is that the hotel charged me unreasonable price for sending back my belongings left there. The fee of delivery of that parcel should be 189 baht only according to Thailand Post Office (as shown in the picture) but the hotel charged me 700 baht. I am not sure if the hotel need to charge a bit more for exceptional service. It would still be fine if the hotel had told me clearly which part is the delivery fee and which part is the service fee. I do feel like being cheated by such a big company now. And the company does not reply to me after I paid for the delivery (even if I am just asking for the tracking number). Very disappointing customer service.

This is our second time staying in Metadee, the pool is fantastic. It’s never too crowded and you can always find yourself a bit of quiet heaven. The resort is only about ten minutes walk to Kata beach and there is shuttle service. But what really makes it stand out from the crowd is the hospitality you receive. It truly values its guests, from the moment you step in to every details during your stay.

总体印象很好的，服务人员热情有礼貌，尤其一个胖胖的门卫，儿子进进出出2人都双手合十微笑颔首。稍有不足的地方有2: 我们抵达的时候之前的住客12点就退房在休息室了，虽然前台一直说会尽快清理好就让我们入住，但还是一直等到14点自己去催才能入住，这是规定的check in时间也没什么好抱怨，但明明可以更愉快的；其二是客房清理，又忘记放瓶装水又忘记清理带去沙滩的篮子。当然总体来说酒店漂亮清静周边吃东西非常方便，酒店里的马杀鸡也很不错。

The breakfast was okay thou not many choices. The gym was smaller than I thought. But the swimming pool is nice! Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not close to the city centre thou.

最差最差最差。住过全球那么多酒店，这家最差最差。 我是带了两个老外，一个两岁的娃大概在10点左右到酒店的， 酒店和我说没房，那我就等吧，等的过程中正好看到一个人CHECK OUT，我就马上说，我可以入住么？其实我自己是无所谓的，主要是小孩子要回房间休息，而且要回房间弄热水冲奶粉喝， 前台的脸简直就是家里好像死了人一样的冷冰冰， 和我说，不行， 不行，不行。除非你付钱。好吧，好不容易等到入住了，发现这个卫生间的门非常重，很难拉动， 门好像关不上的一样，从外面看永远是有一条缝。 另外，最最奇葩的是空调， 只要阳台门一打开，这个空调马上就不工作了。 这个是设置好的么？所以出去晾衣服， 回来空调要重新开， 出去看个风景， 回来空调要重新开。 醉醉奇葩的是没有电梯， 领着大箱子， 拖着婴儿车，手里报个娃的家庭， 真的是要三思而后行，卫生间的水很小， 热水不足。 我花了每晚700多的价格住了这么一间令人糟心的酒店， 以后出门一定要选择国际连锁品牌。 整个普吉岛都是很开心的，这个是唯一的败笔， 回来后，我爸妈都埋怨了我好久， 说我怎么着了这么一个破酒店。

good location, go everywhere less than 30 mins by own drive

Very good , each year will spend a week here , each time with good experience , but the price seems going up , hope to keep in reasonable price with this quality

酒店設施比想像中更新，保養得不錯，泳池大且可能人不多，眼見相當乾淨。服務員態度良好。只是距離市中心和大部份玩樂設施較遠，交通費相對貴! 整體來說很不錯!

Nice environment and great service, sure will go back in the future.

Not far from the main street and beach, numerous restaurants nearby. Kata is much relaxing than Patong.

总体，酒店服务和设施都很好，酒店地理位置也很安静，已经推荐给朋友。唯一美中不足的是，酒店的一个皮肤黝黑，体态比较胖的女大堂经理态度比较不好，我们跟她问路什么的都很没有耐心回答，甚至不耐烦的打发我们去问出租车司机...这个大堂经理也是我们这四天在普吉遇见的唯一个不友善的当地人...除此以外,此酒店可以给满分...

免费升级成big house，还是挺幸运的，房间很大很宽敞，让我欢腾的赤脚满地跑，不过蚂蚁很多阳台到浴室，还好房间木有，总体来说很ok

房子给免费升级到了独栋别墅，泳池环绕整个酒店，很舒服，就是离海滩有点儿距离

酒店環境舒適，私隱度高，房間乾淨、整潔、寬敞，泳池乾淨，員工有禮貌，但早餐一般，如果有租車自駕會比較方便。

臨近kata海灘核心區，但獨處一隅，安靜不受打擾。餐廳服務員心細，每一次早餐都記得我的喜好。
