RESERVATION IS REQUIRED
- Reservation is required at least 7 days prior to your intended check-in date directly to the hotel. Please prepare your Traveloka voucher ID upon reservation to the hotel.
- This reservation is subject to the hotel's availability. We highly encourage you to book earlier to secure your stay especially during high season.
- Reservation will not be considered as “CONFIRMED” until you receive written confirmation from the hotel. Query over the telephone is not counted as commitment for your reservation. Hotel is not required to provide verbal confirmation of availability.

Terms and Conditions
- This voucher is valid every day, including public holidays and high season period, from 6 July 2020 until 30 June 2021 regardless of your selected visit date.
- Voucher purchase and room reservation is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Reservation will be considered “NO SHOW” and voucher will be considered as “EXPIRED” if arrival does not occur on the date reserved and hotel partner has not received written notification of any emergency delays."

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed.
Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
