超多印度人，不太喜歡！

This is my second time to stay in this hotel! Second time is my honey moon stay, but too bad the experience was disappointing! (1) Last time I found the tub was leaking, this time was the toilet bowl leaking! I guess the whole hotel rooms all got leaking problem!! (2) Then, they are very nervous & mean to their towel offer in the room! I asked if I can change my dirty towels to clean one, the answer was NO! It means if they give u once that day, then that's all, cant change again( attention: I was not asking for extra towel)! I already didn't bother them for house keeping & asked for other toilet stuff, all I want juz change dirty towel, bv answer was NO! (3) I asked if I can got extra pillows, also NO! I asked if I can talk to the manager about the above problem, the staff said manager was not there!! So ridiculous!! (4) wifi super slow, almost can't connect in the room!! Overall, u can't rate this hotel as a 4 star hotel! The limited stuff & resources they can offer can only count as a 2 or 3 star hotel! I won't come back to this hotel again, especially the water leaking so disgusting fm the toilet bowl! A bad experience for my honey mood! Finally I want to say we changed to another neighborhood hotel, which is cheaper, can offer extra pillow, more cozy hotel!! :p

整體來說還不錯 CP值算高 只是飯店人員並沒有幫我們安排在同一樓層 這倒是一個很麻煩的事情 步行到海邊有點距離大概15分鐘 飯店乾淨度以及客房人員都算還不錯 早餐也不錯吃

以咁平嘅價錢,酒店算是價廉物美,又包早餐!早餐ok,泳池可接受!! 附近有小吃檔又有按摩, ok!! 唯一wifi 比較弱,廁所浴缸成日漏水,搞到廁所地板成日濕曬!!

距離walking street不遠，走路約15分可到，早餐頗豐盛，唯房間設備稍微陳舊，清潔度也有待加強。

The breakfast is fair. It offered another hotel which is LK hotel. It is a little bit strange. The swimming pool doesn't seem good cause seems everybody could visit. The security problem needed to be improved . When I closed the door, I needed to close twice because the door would not be locked if I only close the door once and I have to make sure it had been closed.

這是一家服務態度很好，職員友善&環境衛生挺不錯的酒店，每日早餐多款食物可供選擇，酒店坐落的位置相對較安靜，適合一家老小居住

the view of the hotel is beautiful, and breakfast is a mini buffet, which is pretty good

訂咗2張單人床，但酒店以沒床為由俾雙人大床，所以有點失望。但整體都好好，人唔多，食早餐好似包咗場一樣。

地理位置太差了，酒店好偏僻，车开了好远才找到。不过酒店环境还可以，欧式的，房间浴室都很大，还算安静。就差地理位置了。

酒店只落成兩年多，整潔度很好，但裝修廁間有小小破爛，相信是用料較成本低吧，位置不屬於市中心區內，我是自駕的所以不是問題，如去南芭堤雅逛街食飯，就必須叫車了，第一次去或坐出租車的旅客，相信不太方便吧!

公共社區維護得很乾淨整潔 房間也像新的一樣 住起來非常舒適 飯店人員也都非常有耐心(因為我每天都問很多旅遊上的問題) 美中不足的是地點離walk street有點距離

The hotel is nice but older, and the breakfast isnt anything good, but its peaceful except for the occasional other guests. and it has a massage spa in the hotel which is nice.

Excellent like all ways

Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok in the hotel opposite and plenty of choice. Pool was freezing and 4 sunbeds, they was strong smells of cannibis in the corridors which just didn’t leave the time we was there which was really off putting. Was close to 7/11.

Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves. Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. Location of hotel was fine and given the New Year period price was reasonable, but still 3000bht a night you’d expect better. Despite the price guest service and basic room standards should not lowered.

The Hotel met up to my expectations. It was a nice Superior room I booked, it could use some refurbishment tho. Hotel staff was very kind, and also the reception was smiling. The fitness room was very nice. I workout alot and have been lifting weights for many years and this room met my demands. There is one minus tho, and its a big minus. The swimming pools are blocked from the sun, because they are sorrounded by tall buildings. You are lucky if you can get the few sunbeds, at the one corner wheres there some sunlight. But they are taken fast.
