1: The hostel is not located where the map says.
2: When we arrived they told us they coulnt find our booking even though we had the booking number and proof we had paid. So they hadnt reserved our room that we booked so he couldnt give us the room we had paid for. Instead we got a small dirty smelly room. Its looked like no one have live at that room for a long time. The fan was full of dead insects and damaged, the electricity doesnt work so i couldnt charge my phone. The bathroom was alot of ants and dead insects.
3: The manager promise us that we would get the right room the next day but the next day he said he didnt have that room for us so he said we had to stay at the same room and refused to give us the money back.
