I live on the second floor of Block 3. There are some noises (water flow of the pipe) from time to time which is quite annoying.
The room is spacious and tidy. It will be better if hair dryer is provided.
The staffs are nice and the receptionists are pretty.

他們的行政樓層服務非常之差，整體像他們不歡迎中國人入住。他們只在我們後面離開一米說話，但外國人卻在他們面前說話。免費及收費的小食及飲品經常不同,職員又推搪他們的錯誤。行政樓層的客戶服務經理一無所長，完全不稱職又不願意去跟進問題。很失望的住宿體驗。

整體環境可以，但網上訂購的房間與現場給予的房間大小有出入，BST skytrain 的shutter bus 每次也等很久，最長等了25 分鐘一班 ，時間在下午3:00 pm 。早餐水準比我上一次來差了少少，有待改善。

這絕對是最不划算的四星飯店，應該只有三星水準
