My room was too close to the entrance where was bit noisy in early morning and cannot overview the nice view of the Rain Tree and swimming pool. This cannot fulfill my purpose of visiting this hotel. However, overall environment is definitely worth to stay.

Never disappointed you. perfect environment and quiet atmosphere. Super enjoying a breakfast in front of the big tree and beside of the river every day.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with huge and gorgeous bathroom, well equipped with an excellent shower and bathtub. Though centrally located, the hotel is accessed through a quiet alley which has helped a lot to avoid the noise from the main street. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and very efficient a/c in the room. The swimming pool is a bit small, and will seem crowded if there are children playing in the pool but you just need to choose the right timing to enjoy the pool quietly and nicely. Breakfast is good with different local specialities everyday. The restaurant is located just next to the river and it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the river and enjoy the breakfast under the canopy of the 100-year old icon tree. Lastly, the hotel is very centrally located, with easy walking distance to the old city and the night markets, and a lot of good restaurants along the route. Overall speaking, this is a very good hotel !

Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner for guests staying at the resort on 24 December 2026 at THB 4,600++ (5,414.20 net) per adult who is the age of 12 years and above and THB 2,300++ (2,707.10 net) per child (4-11 years old).
Compulsory New Year Eve Gala Dinner for guests staying at the resort on 31 December 2026 at THB 6,200++ (7,297.10 net) per adult who is the age of 12 years and above and THB 3,100++ (3,648.70 net) per child (4-11 years old).
Extra Bed and Child Policy; ·Children who are the age of 0 - 3 years receive a complimentary breakfast. · Children who are the age of 4 - 11 years shall be charged as an extra person at THB 2,150 Net per person per night including extra bed with breakfast or sharing bed with parents shall be charged breakfast at THB 550 Net per person per day. · Adults who are the age of 12 years and above shall be charged as an extra person at THB 2,700 Net per person per night including extra bed and breakfast.

The hotel environment is great, and the in-house service staff are also very friendly. However, the lady at the front desk is very arrogant, unable to handle problems and doesn't keep her words. This is the most uncomfortable experience in this trip to Chiang Mai.

4.走路的距離就可以到河濱夜市地點方便
5.房間真的偏小，床離走廊距離短，不拉窗簾感覺外面的人都可以看到自己
6.除了游泳池跟兩三部健身器材還有按摩之外，沒有其他的設施。旅館整體空間偏小設施偏少
很適合情侶夫妻一起享受安靜有質感假期。不太適合帶小朋友去
