We stayed in 3 night, we requested to upgrade to premier type on 2nd day, of course they refused to have free for us, we need to pay. After moved, there are many electrical problem occurred in the room for whole afternoon, wait for repairing, so we missed the shuttle bus to center, and there was no any excuse from hotel even I had told them how we are disappointed. Besides, everything is good.
