A family friendly resort with offer of some water sports free of charge. A beautiful sunset view at the beach. It takes quite a while to the city shopping mall.

房间设于泳池边，游泳方便。员工态度亲切主动。周末酒吧有活动，只适合年轻人。由于地处海边，房间用品感觉潮湿。由于客房少，餐厅食物品种较少。地点偏僻，出入不方便。出租车费用相对较高。如果可以提供当地水果或小食出售会较好，不会觉得食品太单调。

房間非常舒適，床非常好睡，泳池很棒，海灘就在旁邊，有一位會說中文的員工april,幫了很多忙。 早餐內容有些簡單，最後一天有要求早餐盒，結果沒有準備，臨時拿了酸奶和水果就走了，這是美中不足的地方。 下次有機會還會入住！

環境不錯，但食物跟酒的費用非常貴

The location is far away from the central of Samui. And the transportation fee which is expensive. Around 800 - 1000 THB for single journey. So that better to rent a car for cost saving and convenience. There is only one restaurant in the resort and the food still have a big room for improvement. The hotel environment is excellent and I am sure you will enjoy the DJ at the pool side if you a music lover. The staff is so great there, you will see there smile face everywhere and anytime. This is a wonderful place if you enjoy in a peaceful hotel just along side at the beach.

This resort is amazing. A tranquil setting, excellent food and the best staff we have ever encountered. The location is isolated and extremely relaxing! It is the best waterfront experience that we have ever had in 53 years of traveling together. My wife came with a severe knee injury. The team took care of her every need. As a result she is now fully recovered. We will return again as often as possible. We have traveled extensively around the world and this resort is now one of our favorites. Dr William Boldt

Cooles Hotel mit 75 Meter langem (und sehr warmen) Pool, dazu Pool im Beach Club. Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmer sehr schön. Hatten im ersten Zimmer leider kleine Insekten, die am Abend überall im Zimmer anzutreffen waren, haben umgehend neue Zimmer erhalten. Frühstück hervorragend, Essen am Abend ebenfalls. Strand ok, da gibt es auf der Insel schönere.

Perfect place to relax. The room by the pool had a huge terrace, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was big and clean. Nice sunbeds by the beach and pool. The staff was lovely.

The property is overpriced for the quality of the facility and the restaurants. The lap pool has missing tiles and grime all along the top tiles. The decks for ground floor rooms are deteriorated.The gym is mediocre. The Sunday brunch is wildly expensive as is the Escape restaurants. It is not on par with other resorts we stayed at in Koh Samui for comparable pricing.

Hyggelig personale og bra lokasjon/fasiliteter

Fint hotell. Men väldigt fel placerat. Det finns inget av intresse i närheten. För hög musik vi den huvud polen och något hög pris bild på mat o dryck. Det beror på vad man har för smak.

Härliga pooler, trevlig personal och en fantastisk frukost.

Great hotel for everything you need in a hotel, I would only suggest upgrading the TVs to smart ones.

Food not great, rooms good couple of small things needing done around the pool and in rooms, balcony missing chrome caps for holding glass but very miner issues, staff are very nice and always happy to help

On behalf of myself and partner thank you for our stay it was truly wonderful. I felt so looked after really the staff are so genuine and kind.i had a bit of a disaster and sprained my ankle down some steps The lady at the beach club was so kind and attentive bringing me ice and a lovely soothing balm and plaster,again when I had a horrendous blister they gave me alcohol,dressing and gauze I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was assisting me getting around it made the trip really lovely despite being a bit injured from bad footwear! The food is simply exquisite we particularly loved breakfast such lovely tentative staff made me smile always The bbq and fire show was outstanding and we absolutely loved our day lounging at the beach club The rooms are spotless really beautiful and well layed out. the communication is the best I have ever received wit any company. Housekeeping were such a bunch of gorgeous people always making every effort to provide us with such comforts The view and situation is tranquil and serene I really enjoyed my stay with the team at Nikki beach and I hope they are forever treated with the grace and respect they treat there customers with Much love
