清邁 Nivas 飯店

All good — especially the two-bedroom/bathroom unit for us and a family member — except the location which is a bit far from main attractions. ‘Grab’ is cheap but we had to use it a lot. Communication was inconsistent: our requests would be fulfilled (e.g., more pillows) but there wasn’t always a verbal response.

Free parking. Nice open space to work at beside the pool. Exceptional staff. I will come back 🙏

チェンマイ大学に行くには良いロケーションですが、それ以外は少し不便な場所にあります。私の泊まった部屋にはキッチン（冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器・フライパン）もついており、長期滞在に向いていると思いました。

Lovely place and location with good facilities. All the staff, especially those I interacted more with at reception, are the loveliest of people and are a wonderful representation of why Thailand is called the land of smiles.

This is an excellent hotel. My room was spotless. The staff weee very kind, and allowed me to check out late.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nivea Changmai. The staff was extremely attentive and sincere in trying to make my stay wonderful. The location is perfect and within a reasonable distance from everything. When visit Chiang Mai again, I would definitely consider this team again. Great job to each of you ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay here. We used GRAB to get to and from the airport and had most days scheduled with another tour company. We toured several temples , including a long day to the Whote, Blue and Red temples near Chiang Doa. The last day we did our laundry at the hotel which was convenient. Then we did the Yummy Thai Cooking Class on the other side of the town. We had to get our own transportation to the open market. But, the teaching about Thai food ingredients and the hands-on cooking clas were worth it. The people at the hotel were exceptional. When I come back I will stay here.

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! This is easily the cleanest room we have ever been in! Absolutely flawless! The staff here are extremely kind, polite and helpful. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool and always being able to walk to local shops. This property is very close to many attractions and restaurants. There is also easy parking if you rent a car, as we did. We cannot fault one thing about this place and would recommend to everyone. Families, singles, uni students! It is wonderful. Thank you for such a great stay!!

Safe, quiet, more walkable than other places, very clean, relaxing, well organized.

So clean. Beds so comfortable all staff from Aun to cleaners so accommodating We completely relaxed and had easy access to all trips

Close by night market and tourist attractions. Use Grab app to get around. It like Uber.

Extended my stay (thankfully possible) a few more days as so clean, convenient, and wonderful staff. Would stay again!

A special home away from home in Chiang Mai! So close to CMU, Nimman, Maya, Old City and so many other walkable areas. Very welcoming and helpful personnel! Super clean and safe environment.

숙소와 직원 그리고 내부시설까지 모두 좋았습니다

한국 분들은 많이 안오시는 거 같아 한글로 남깁니다. 상당히 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 2층에 계신 매니저? 사장님 분 영어 매우 잘하시고 건물 관리에 상당히 신경쓰는 듯한 인상이었어요. 위치야 어차피 좀 외곽이어도 택시 부르면 금방금방 잘 옵니다. 그리고 체크아웃하고 제가 애플정품 충전기를 깜빡했는데, 다음날 혹시나 하고 찾아가보니 비닐로 포장해서 기다리고 있었다고 내주시더라구요. 동남아에서 그렇게 잘 안찾아주는데 감격해서 청소하시는 분께 팁 사십바트 전달해달라고드리고 왔음. 외국인들은 많은데 한국인들이 별로 없어요 많이들 오세요 ㅎㅎ
