ตึกชื่อนี้มีสองตึกตรงข้ามกัน 1.มีต่างชาติเยอะมาก 2.ต่างชาติสูบบุหรี่เดินเข้าไปเหฌนมากจนแสบจมูก สุดท้ายนอนไอทั้งคืนเพราะกลิ่นบุหนี่ ถึงแม้ว่าในห้องนอนกลิ่นไม่ดข้าไป 3.ห้องพักมีแบบก้องน้ำในตัวห้องกับห้องน้ำรวมลาจอง ดูกันดีดีๆจ้า 4.ห้องกว่าอยู่นะสะอาดดี 5.ห้องน้ำแคบมากไม่มีถังขยะในห้องน้ำด้วย 6.ผ้าห่มผืนเล็กไปสำหรีบสองคนนะ ถ้าเป็นเพื่แนคงแย่งกันน่าดู มากับแฟนเลยไม่ต้องแย่งกะร 7.พนักงานบริการดี เปฌนกันเองดีค่ะ 8.ราคาถือว่าคุ้มค่าในกทม 9.มีรเานกาแฟอยู่ชั้นแรก 10.เตียงแข็งมากตื่นมาปวดปวดหลังมาก 11.ลผ๊อกเกอร์วางรองเท้าห้อง100แม่เจ้าสูงมาก ยกแขนสุดแขนยังไม่ถึง 12.ไม่มีที่จอดรถจอกจ้างุนนหน้าตึก

โอเคยุนะค่า เคาเตอร์เป็นคนต่างชาติ บางวันเห็นบางวันไม่เห็นห้องพักรวม เขาไม่มาทำความสะอาดเวลาใครอยู่หรือไม่อยู่เขาไม่มาเก็บกวาด เลยไม่รู้เตียงไหนใช้บ้างไม่ใช้บ้าง ห้องพักราคาถูกสมเหตุสมผล แต่การติดต่อทางห้องพักติดต่อไม่ได้เลย ไม่มีคนรับสาย เขาไม่ค่อยใส่ใจเท่าไหร่ แต่อย่างอื่นพอโอเคยุ
