離khao lak 市區遠一點，但是夠寧靜舒服，開車去市區也很方便。 房間很大、潔淨舒服，酒店保養得幾好，感覺新淨。 早餐也多選擇，味道不錯。

Helt fantastisk sted - roligt og nemt at tage en taxi ind til byen. Fantastisk strand og flere restauranter og massage steder tæt på. Rigtig fine og store værelser og rigtig god morgenmad. Vi ville elske at komme igen.

Spa was a bedroom with a curtain separating massage beds

We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them.

Lækkert hotel på stranden. Vær særlig opmærksom på at ved værelser til 4 er der kun 3 senge. Den sidste seng skal bestilles mod gebyr. Hotellet ligger en 10 min taxi tur fra byen. Dog er der flere restauranter langs stranden.

Too busy for us. Music blaring everywhere. Huge buffet restaurants. Looked good for children but very much over crowded

Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant.

The hotel is around 20 minutes from Khao Lak busy centre which suited us as we prefer things less hectic, shuttle bus for 200 baht pp each way if you want it. Hotel is on a large very clean expanse of beach with a few beach restaurants and bars very close by. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, a good variety of foods to suit all tastes, what I would say is they need to label foods for allergy sufferers. Food in the main restaurants was also of a high standard chef Tao, has taught them well. Rooms were kept very clean, just needed a bit of an update

Great place, good for families, also decent for couples. Calm and serene, easy to walk around to other restaurants on the beach. In general good rooms and super surroundings!

Myself and my partner with our kids (2 & 11) enjoyed our short stay at Outrigger. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, it’s very well looked after and we appreciated that. Breakfast was good but not the best we’ve experienced in Thailand. There are places to eat on the beach if you want reasonably priced Thai food and the massage on the beach is very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return

Wonderful food, wonderful staff, fantastic facility. The house keeping staff were amazing. The restaurant staff were amazing. The kids club stuff were amazing.

Paljon lapsiperheitä, uima-altaassa ei päivällä juuri ole tilaa aikuisille. Aurinkotuolit varataan jo aamuvarhaisella, eikä varauksiin puututa. Aurinkovarjoja on rajallisesti, joten varaaminen on välttämätöntä jollei halua olla suorassa auringossa. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Joogaa ja thainyrkkeilyä rannalla, ammattitaitoiset ohjaajat. Be Friend -rantaravintola kävelymatkan päässä, loistavaa ruokaa ja drinkkejä.

Great hotel with fantastic pool and facilities right on the beach.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß, die Einrichtung neuwertig und die Ausstattung hochwertig. Der Pool war, war gut. Liegen war sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand ist einfach wunderbar. Störend war für uns allein, dass es sich um ein absolutes Familienhotel handelt. Sehr viele Kinder und Babies und somit keine Ruhe am Pool und im Hotel. Schade, denn so kommt das Hotel für uns nicht noch einmal infrage.

We have been in the outrigger for 7 nights beginning of January. The entire resort is very well maintained and clean, the staff is amazingly nice and friendly, you have the feeling they are always doing an extra effort- would actually deserve 6 stars ! location is fantastic for relaxation, beach walks. swimming and just having a good time.

Leider hatte es nach unserem Geschmack zu viele Gäste im Hotel. für November. Strandabschnitt; Liegen in 1. und 2. Reihe überfüllt. Gäste reservieren früh Morgens schon Liegen und blockieren sie den ganzen Tag, obschon sie weg sind. Leider aufgrund Wellengang selten klares Wasser, da der Sand aufgewirbelt wird. Service im Restaurant, eher massig. Nach unserem Geschmack zu viele Gäste aus dem Ostblock (Polen und Russland). Anlage eher steril. Schlechte Möglichkeiten, die nassen Bade-Klamotten zu trocknen. Da sehr feuchtes Klima und zu kleine Balkons. Nur 1 Restaurant offen. Frühstück, meist ein Gerangel. Kaffe-Maschinen viel zu langsam. Meist lärmig und zu viele Kleinkinder. Zum Glück hat es in Gehweite Strandlokale. SPA im Hotel ist unzureichend. Ambiente, einem 5-Sterne-Haus unwürdig. Wir mussten jeweils in's angrenzende AVANI gehen, um eine annehmbare Massage zu erleben.

Preis Leistung ist sehr gut

Die Zimmer haben mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, haben auch nichts mit Deluxe zu tun, das ist irreführend. Die Möbel sind jahrzehntealt, das Sofa fleckig, das Bett hart und den auf den Werbebildern gezeigten Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und Tischchen hatten wir auch nicht. Stattdessen ein Mini -Balkönchen, auf dem Einer quer sitzen oder Zwei stehen könnten. Zu zweit auf dem Balkon sitzen, während die Kinder schlafen, unmöglich. Das Frühstück ist ok, im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels dieser Klasse eher klein. Die Lage des Hotels ist am A... Der Welt. Es gibt eine Restaurant am Strand, weitere Restaurants 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand , jedoch nur bei Flut nicht erreichbar sowie einen Mini-Supermarkt mit sehr beschränktem Angebot auf der anderen Straßenseite der 4-spurigen Straße. Für alles andere braucht man einen motorisierten Untersatz. Wer das Hotel nicht verlassen möchte, gerne im örtlichen Vergleich teuren Restaurant isst, mag hier gut aufgehoben sein. Der Service war immer sehr gut. Der Pool OK, der Strand sehr schön. Die Massagen waren in einem offenen Pavillon, da könnte jeder zuschauen.
