There is no mat, no trash bin, a room with no heater, TV cable power and telephone, and the bedroom cleanliness is poor. There is even a cockroach near the television. The facilities are not suitable for 4 star hotel. The food is always the same, and the staff seemed like overworked because they works 3 days non-stop.

I did not like their breakfast. The front counter guy also kind of tried to scam us when he said a certain temple is close by 4pm and offered their in house tour instead.
