Unexpected when I saw the room in the first time because I just randomly chose in app because it was very cheap. I thought the room would be so bad but fortunately the bedroom was so comfortable and the important one is that it was so clean.

Bad room & facilities. The security is awful. The door kind of has problem with the key. Someone can get in easily. No camera. Not worth of money at all. Could get a better one with that price.

The worst booking ever! The hotel name in the apps is different from the location. Bathroom facility is bad. The pipe sink is broken. No security system and camera. I lost my CC in my room and the manager didn't believe me. Not helping and not recommended at all.

錢包裡的其他東西，像是現金和護照，怎麼可能只丟了信用卡呢？也許她把信用卡丟在別的地方了，而且她的信用卡也沒被用過，所以她可能是在假報案。

Ini hotel bener bener amat sangat buruk. Semoga ga ada yang mengalami seperti sayA. Jadi. Saya booking 4 malam untuk tipe family. Saya datang ke hotelnya, lalu sampai di sana saya diminta membayar tambahan dimana biaya tambahannya seharga sama dengan 2x pembayAran yang saya sudah bayarkan via traveloka. Jika saya tidak mau membayar, saya diminta membatalkan ke traveloka sendiri dan silakan pergi. Mereka sama sekali tidak perduli bahwa saya membawa keluarga. Saya harus call sendiri dan mereka tidak ada itikad baik untuk menghubungi pihak aplikasi. Menurut saya ini sangat merugikan. Semoga tidak ada yang mengalami seperti saya.

After check in, big guy in reception give key room 403, I request to lower level but he speak "101 full, 201 full, 301 full, 403 only this available", I accept but after going to 4th level the room is smell very bad just after enter the room. Go back to reception and ask for new room due to my complain, then he accompany me to room 102 and say the room key is keep by the boss, and will be given after 10 minutes. Waiting 15 minutes inside the room without anyone coming, I go to reception and ask for the key, he said "its safe even without key, if you want go outside fos shopping just lock from inside "then I'm shopping for about 3hours, after go back I'm asking my room key, he said wait I will call my boss, boss not come but he give me the key (with label 102). Received this bad service I go to next hotel, de lavender, just different 250k but worth it.

Very bad, dirty room, bad smell everywhere. Looks like they never clean the place for weeks. Lots of bugs in the room, even there ' s cockroach in the kettle. Booked for 4 nights but we decided to move the very next morning, just stay there for 1 night. Disgusting place.

Kasurnya banyak kutu busuk, dengan selimut warna putih. Dan sprei warna biru hitam. Di sprei aja nampak ada kutu busuk.

We stay in 3rd floor With 3 baggage and there are no WiFi connection for 4 days. The receptionist gave us password but no connection. That's too bad! Everywhere on the stairs are a lot trash, even we don't know how the garbage place to leave something that we bought. We are confusing the servers here. Rooms is not bad for 5 peoples and I recommend to try this cheaper room. But not in 3rd floor 😜.

kinh khủng. mình khuyên các bạn nhát là nữ không nên vì mê rẻ mà ở parís in bangkọk nhé.phòng mình đặt deluxe là 517k/đêm. máy nước nóng hư,cửa phòng ban công hư vậy lỡ có người leo vào thì sao. tối vợ chồng mình đang ngủ thì có người xông cửa phòng vào may là có cái gạt móc cửa xong mình la lên cái người đó chạy đi 1 lần và không bao giờ có lần 2 nữa.

Sangat mengecewakan pesan utk 6 org + 1 bed di satu ruangan mala gak ada. Kamar kaya sarang ayam dan sangat tidak layak shingga harus upgrade dikamar lain yg tentunya nambah uang !! Dan ini hotel beda sama asli digambar. Tidak disarankan menginap disini. Ogah lagi
