Beds are amazing, always have the best sleep here. And it’s far enough out of the way of the chaos of Patong to not experience the 24/7 noise. We stayed in the cabins again, and again loved our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. My partner loves the massages/spa treatments they have on offer there. She would have gone everyday if I let her. House keeping is amazing too, they are so fast and do such an amazing job. I left tips for them but they didn’t touch them once, which i felt bad about but made me trust this place and its work force even more. You really can trust them, unlike many other places in Patong. I’ve had multiple items and money stolen from my rooms in other resorts and hotels in Patong, but never at Patong bay hill.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:30 - 10:30.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
A damage deposit of THB 1,000 per day is required for stays longer than 5 days. For stays exceeding 5 days, the total deposit will be THB 5000 for the entire stay. This deposit is refundable in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property at check-out.
The breakfast charge at THB 350net per adult per day and child 6-12 at THB 175net per child per day.
Child below 3 is free of charge.
An additional adult will be charged THB 1,500 per adult per night with extra bed and breakfast included.
A baby cot is free of charge and is available by prior arrangement only.
Children 4-11 years old will be charged THB 750 per child per night with extra bed and breakfast included.
Airport transfer is available for THB 1,250.00/person.

I have been Phuket for many times,this is the worst hotel I have stayed in phuket. The hotel is completely different from what I see in the photo,everything in hotel is under construction,it was so noisy and dusty throughout the stay. I was a bit shocked when I arrived the hotel because it was in a bad condition.I booked the pool suite and the first room they arranged to me was like the room in motel then I asked for changing to another room,they finally gave me the room just opposite the construction site.I couldn't use the pool during my stay because there was lack of privacy.As the room was located along the hill,you need to ask for buggy to take you down to the hill,the buggy NEVER be there upon our request.We needed to walk down the steep slope every time!Its unacceptable! Everything is missing in our room e.g.towel,umbrella,water,they provide only we ask for it!I am so disappointed for this stay and wont choose this hotel any longer!!!

雖然離巴東有段距離，須要坐300泰銖的士，但酒店環境非常開揚舒服。
我們三人，訂了三晚兩間双人房間，酒店安排了兩間相連房間，很方便，房間亦非常闊落！
推介給喜歡舒服寧靜境觀開揚，又不介意住遠離市中心一点点的朋友！
