Not quite impressive. First, I got the Club Suit room at the back Bldg. With not a good view. When trying to take a good hot bath tub after a long ride, the hot tap is too lose that I could not run the water. So, need to ask the maintenance staff to fix it. At the bedtime, I could not sleep as well because the air condition was too noisy that I had to complain. The manager offered me to upgrade the room, so I had to shifted the room at the middle of the night. Again the upgraded room also had a problem of clogged sink & no hot water (only the warm water set for both shower & bath). Beside, the what so-called upgrade room is better for ocean view only (with less noise from air condition) but has smaller size, no living room area (same as a studio type room). Also, the staffs seem to be well-trained with service mind though unable to slove problem of ridiculous hotel condition.

เข้าพักในวันหยุดยาว มีลูกค้าจำนวนมาก เข้าคิวเช็คอินยาวมาก รอห้องนาน 4 ชั่วโมง เวลาเช็คอินบ่าย 2 แต่ได้ห้องตอน 6 โมงเย็น ทำให้ใช้ facility ได้ไม่เต็มที่ ห้อง premium pool access เล่นน้ำได้แป๊ปเดียวมืดแล้ว สอบถามพนักงานแจ้งว่าเนื่องจากลูกค้าบางส่วน check out late แต่ปัญหาหลักคือมีแม่บ้านไม่เพียงพอ ทำให้ทำความสะอาดห้องไม่ทัน พอได้ห้องก็ไม่ได้สะอาดเท่าที่ควร พื้นมีเศษทราย ห้องน้ำมีน้ำนอง สบู่แชมพูครีมนวด ได้อย่างละ 1 ชิ้น ไม่มีไดรเป่าผม! ผ้าเช็ดเท้ามีรอยดำ สระว่ายน้ำสกปรก เวลามีคนลงเล่นน้ำจะขุ่นเห็นได้ชัด ภายนอกอาคารเริ่มโทรม ไม่ได้ทาสีใหม่ให้สะอาด สงสารตัวเองที่เก็บเงินมา ตั้งใจมาอุดหนุนที่นี่อีกครั้ง เนื่องจากเคยมาสมัย centara บริหารแล้วประทับใจ ห้องที่เลือกไม่ใช่ห้องราคาถูก แต่ได้รับของไม่สมราคา แต่ก็ยังดีกว่าลูกค้าคนอื่นที่ได้ห้องน้ำรั่วบ้าง ห้องเข้าไม่ได้บ้าง นู่นนี่นั่นเสียบ้าง แต่เราก็พยายามไม่คิดมาก และจะไปแจ้งกับพนักงาน ก็ไม่รู้ feedback จะไปถึงระดับบริหาร และได้รับการแก้ไขหรือไม่ สงสารแม่บ้านและช่างซ่อมที่คงจะเหนื่อยมาก สงสารที่สุดคือพนักงาน front desk ที่ต้องคอยรับหน้าลูกค้าที่ไม่พอใจ โดนด่าโดนกดดันต่อหน้าลูกค้าคนอื่น แต่ขอชื่นชมในกำลังใจที่เข้มแข็ง และไม่หน้าบึ้งไปเสียก่อน ยังบริการอย่างเต็มที่เท่าที่ทำได้ ภาพรวมต้องโทษระดับบริหาร ที่ไม่สามารถเตรียมการรองรับสถานการณ์วันหยุดยาวได้ ที่จริงก็ไม่ได้ยาวมาก แค่เสาร์อาทิตย์จันทร์ สำหรับพนักงานส่วนที่จอดรถ รับกระเป๋า และส่วนร้านอาหาร ยิ้มแย้ม บริการดี มีมารยาทค่ะ
