พนักงานต้อนรับแย่มาก ควรตรวจสอบการให้บริการดีกว่านี้นะคะ เสียเงินเข้าพักไม่ได้ขออยู่ฟรี แนะนำให้ลูกค้าเก็บใบเสร็จไว้เอาเงินประกันห้องตอนออกด้วยนะคะ ไม่มีการอธิบายอะไรให้ชัดเจน ควรปรับปรุงมากที่สุดค่ะ
