I booked a family room for 6, then the air conditioner sparked, blackout. Staff replaced 2 rooms (side by side). As it is on the 1st floor, no lift, so I needed to carry the luggage. In front of our room, there are a bench & table, even space to dry out the clothes. The chef serving for breakfast was very friendly. Cons, there is a club in front of the hotel, live singing until not sure what time, the room is not soundproof.

The room is quite spacious and comfy bed for a family of 6. Two bathrooms, air conditioner works well and good location 👍, near masjid, halal restaurants, money changers, clinics, 7E, Watsons and most importantly about 15 mins walk to the beach. We never get hungry because so many street food stalls and yummy drinks nearby. We also got foot massage at a spa just across the road 👍😃 the only down side is music too loud from a restaurant (or bar) nearby until very late night. Overall, everything was good👍

Sarapan pagi dengan pemandangan luar biasa. Kamarnya luas dekat ke pantai. Cuma tidak ada lift dan staff yang bantu angkat barang ke atas.

Good location but the family room no lift provided. Need to use stairs. We got 2nd floor room. Pillow and bed is too hard. Just OK for quick stop.

คอมเม้นต์ ห้อง 1202 โรงแรม พระนางเพลสกระบี่ ขายห้องไม่ตรงปก (ขอเปลี่ยนห้องเดิมที่พวกเราจองในแอป พนักงาน รีเซฟชั่นก็ไม่ยอมเปลี่ยนห้องให้ยืนยันว่าห้องนี้ยังคงเป็นห้องที่เราบุ๊คจากแอป ) ห้องน้ำสายชำระรั่ว แจ้งรีเซฟชั่นแล้วแต่ไม่มีช่างมาทำพวกเราอยู่แบบน้ำนอง แฉะมีแต่น้ำนองเต็มพื้นสามวัน แม่บ้านก็ไม่ยอมทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำทำให้ห้องน้ำลื่นอาจมีอุบัติเหตุได้ถ้าเราเดินไม่ระวัง (อยู่แบบไม่เต็มใจอยู่อึดอัดมาก) ห้องไม่สะอาดมีแต่ทิชชู่ แก้วน้ำกาแฟล้างไม่สะอาดมีแต่คาบกาแฟ การน้ำร้อนมีมดเต็ม ในห้องมีมดเยอะมาก ความสะอาดไม่ผ่าน พวกเราบอกรีเซฟชั่นเค้าก็ไม่เปลี่ยนห้องให้พวกเรา ไม่มีความประทับใจในการเข้าพักครั้งนี้เลย -- คอมเม้นต์รีเซฟชั่น ไม่สนใจลูกค้าว่าห้องพักจะตรงปกหรือไม่?! ไม่รับฟังลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับเรื่องห้องพักชำรุด! ไม่บริการและไม่ดูแลลูกค้าทิ้งให้ลอยแพเวลาห้องเสียชำรุดและไม่บอกให้ย้ายห้อง พูดจาไม่ดีไม่เรียบร้อยไม่โอเค!

ติดถนน เดินไปอ่าวนางได้ ไม่ไกล เหมาะสมราคา แต่ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ปักหมุดไม่ตรงที่ตั้งค่ะ

โอเคมาก บริการดี ที่พักติดถนนสายหลักของอ่าวนาง ไม่มีที่จอดรถ เเต่จอดรถริมถนนได้เลย ถึงจอดไกลเเต่ก็เดินสะดวก ไม่เปรี่ยว มีห้างร้านต่างๆข้างๆโรงเเรมมากมาย มีเซ่เว่นเเละเเฟมิลี่มาชอยู่ไกล้ๆเลย ด้านหน้าติดถนน ด้านหลังมีสระว่ายน้ำติดตีนเขาสวยงาม ราคาไม่เเพง ห้องสบาย คุ้มค่า ถือว่าดีมาก

Location: 10-15 minutes walk from aonang pier room: 9/10. bed and pillows are comfortable. Room is big. staff: Very helpful and kind. Big Thanks to P. Nong for sending us to the airport and showing us Aonang , Krabi town and nearby tourists spots. food: okay. Different food each day. overall 9/10. Worth the price. 😁

They are so awesome 💗 good job to all the staff, you are rock. It’s hard for me to say good bye. All the staff are very friendly. They always serve you with they sweet smile. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The reception name Ann and Nong always serves us with her sweet smile. Pie and Tom from F&b they are so awesome and fantastic. They’re so professional and the smile always in they face, Nong the reception always give her best to make sure us enjoy our stay. I love this hotel and all the staff. Breakfast food is awesome and the view is very beautiful and peaceful thank you so much. The hotel is very strategic and easy to find food it’s near to the beach Highly recommend especially if you come with your family. You are rock

Location is different from the map given. Checked in but told I have to pay again as indicated not paid. Luckily had a copy of my receipt. Attached view is mountain view? Overall, hot shower and comfortable bed. Never book from agent again.

needed to rest the night from a late flight before travelling again the next morning. It is a decent hotel with decent facilities. it's located on the main street so it's easy to get food and it's a few minutes walk from ao nang beach. just take note about there's flights of stairs to your room.
