Pine Bungalow

STAY AWAY if you can!!! Everything started good in the beginning. After few days toilet started warming once in a while (didn't flush every time and takes about 40 minutes to fill the tank). Complained few times but unfortunately sabai sabai😊. No cleaning whatsoever, you have to go to reception and ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. The room is full of mildew and when told the reception the answer was it's ok. By the end of our stay we had to fill toilet water tank with the small water hose to flush. Last night was the punch line. Told the receptionist that toilet doesn't flush again and no water is filling the tank. They send a woman with a toilet plunger, who gave me a plunger and left. She told us that guy will come to fix the water in 20 minutes but guess what happened? I had to plunge it myself, no one came to fix the water and somehow all water stopped including shower and sink. Had to check out and go to the airport dirty but the owner and receptionist was extremely polite when taking our money upon check out. When told the owner about all the problems, he smiled, said ok and asked me where are we going. Is that important to where we are heading? To make it short, the place is good if you don't care about anything, used to living in the jungle without simple amenities. Otherwise there is a great place almost across the street we found with great food, pleasant owners and looks very clean compared to extremely bare minimum we encountered for over two weeks.

Estuvimos a finales de julio y es temporada baja. Todo muy tranquilo. A veces estabamos solos en la playa. Estuvimos 3 dias y no te hacen la limpieza del bungalow. Igual si lo pides te vienen, pero no nos qiedó claro. Pero los exteriores si que lo barrian de hojas todos los dias. Personal servicial, pero sin brillar por su simpatía. La playa preciosa pero la podrian limpiar de plasticos que trae la marea o que deja la gente, de vez en cuando. Cuidado con tirar papel al WC porque se nos atascó el primer 2 veces pero lo arreglaron enseguida. No lo indica en ningun sitio q no tires papel, el recepcionista se molestó porque no lo tenemos normalizado. Debes de llevar comida porque cierran cocina a las 17h. El primer dia tuvimos q salir a comprar a 2 Km. Y les alquilamos una moto(3€). Parece q tienen un chofer q te lleva donde quieras gratis durante el dia. Pero me lo tuvo q decir una huesped. En general bien, pero no te informan de nada y debes de ir preguntando todo.

We stayed at Pine Bungalow for eight nights and it could not have been better. The bungalow was clean and bright, the washroom had everything we needed. We had bungalow nr. 16 and is was super close to the beach. It was quiet and fun to sit in front in the evenin. Food was amazing and staff was super helpful and friendly. We booked all our trip privately with Pine Bungalow and were not disappointed once. We could have stayed easily for another week. Go if you can and if you look for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

enjoyable stay here at pine, fantastic location on the beach and helpful staff. the bungalows were very small though and I struggled with the heat with just a fan, I shoukd have gone for air con. overall though a lovely relaxing atay.

L'extérieur de l'hôtel est charmant, très arboré, tranquille, au milieu des arbres et des fleurs et au bord d'une belle plage (mer très caillouteuse à marée basse et pas de sable fin). C'est un endroit fabuleux si vous aimer la tranquillité. L'hôtel est isolé. Le personnel est très avenant. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits nous avons du changer de chambre, et le confort était rudimentaire. Chaque chambre possède une petite terrasse avec des fauteuils.

Det var en helt okej vistelse för priset. Personalen var trevlig men engelskan var ganska knackig. Tog oftast en timme innan vi fick frukosten, inget vi led av då vi inte var särskilt stressade. Lång strand med tillhörande hängmattor väger upp betyget!

Prettig hotel aan het water. Heerlijke keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Helaas ligt het erg ver van Krabi en Au Nang, wat voor ons als eerste vakantieplek erg jammer was.

Super ist, dass es direkt am Strand liegt und man locker zum Strand in das saubere Wasser ( bei Flut) hinein hüpfen.

Très bon séjour relaxant, ne pas s'attendre à un confort de luxe mais le paysage est magnifique aux alentours;

The food and the beach and the staff of the hotel was great. I would not recommend being cheap and staying in one of the fan rooms. Our room had an ant infestation, cockroaches and few other bugs that I cannot identify. Spider webs all over the place and extremely springy uncomfortable bed! I heard the other bungalows closer to the beach were nice though

The food here was beyond amazing. Single greatest thing.The beach is literally just feet away from your room. If you don't like camping or bare minimal housing, then this isn't the place for you. The rooms are small, somewhat dirty and contain nothing but a bed. However, we loved it. It was relaxing and just what we thought. We stayed here two nights before moving onto an actual resort in Krabi. The service here was excellent and I would gladly go back.

We arrived later in the evening and the manager came out to greet us and help us with our bags. The kitchen had closed by the time we arrived yet he said we could still order anything off the menu and they would make it for us. The room is small but has everything you need. The bed was hard but most Thai beds are we've found. There is no mini fridge but with the kitchen on site there is no need for one. We spent most of our days lounging on the private beach or in the hammocks, but the staff recommended a few tours they would set up if we liked. As Pine Bungalows is quite a ways out of the way it has everything a person needs right there. The kitchen is well priced with large portions, laundry is available on site, and they will clean your room daily if asked. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to remember each guest and their preferences. We didn't like papaya so they gave us extra pineapple every day instead.

Lots of rain but still good location easy place to find

Good location but overall very dirty.......rooms not cleaned. Very sad with a little thought on cleanliness it would be very good for th e money you pay

Wonderful location, small basic rooms which is okay for the price paid, but very dirty. Reception was the same which resulted in not eating there in the restaurant. Staff were pleasant, if the place was cleaned up it would be a nice place to stay.

Wir wussten, dass wir uns auf 1* - Komfort einlassen. Man ist direkt am Strand und hat Palmen über sich. War auch für 2-3 Nächte soweit in Ordnung, haben uns nicht beschwert, dass essen war super. Auch das die Dusche nicht funktionierte und uns 2 mal eine Reperatur bestätigt war und die trotzdem nicht ging, haben wir unterdrückt. Dann bei Abreise sind wir total über den Tisch gezogen worden, haben laut Rezeption ein private Taxi zum Boot und ein Speedboot für den höheren Preis bekommrn sollen, haben extra nochmal nachgefragt und uns wurde das Boot und das Auto gezeigt. Dann auf einmal würden wir von einem billig Tuck-Tuck abgeholt, mit 4 zwischen Stationen wo jemand abgeholt wurde und es war ein Krampf ... Wer billig reisen möchte, sich für nix zu fies ist und sich gerne abzocke lassen möchte... Bitte sehr! Für uns das letzte mal.
