食物質素比較參差。 早餐不豐富，餐廳服務員太少。

Food is only soso but the environment is perfect. Close to private beach, the pool is nice too. Love the beach (very shallow) and the whole atmosphere of the resort. High tie time is limited so if you want to go to the sea be aware. Will definitely visit again.

I hope this message can be delivered to a staff who works at restaurant named Amy. She has made our day in the resort. Since we are with a kid who is just 2 years old, Amy has been proactively helping us through by making friend with our kid, and getting her some baby food like mesh avocado, etc so at least the parents can enjoy the food. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. With lots of water sport and kids facilities, we highly recommend this hotel for family and for sure we will come back again.

離市中心比较遠，和風景区，酒店的活动比较少，附近的酒家柬西不錯，如果酒店有多些優惠會更加吸引，接送服務到市区的車比较少

Poor service, especially the lady in lobby. My daughter got sick, I seek for nearby hospital if any but the reception lady told me I need go to Bangkok. Meanwhile, the time of check in restricted at 2pm, even you arrived at 1:30 pm. After you got the room, the TV is does not work and found out missed the power cable, unbelievable it is happened in a 5 star hotel.

Overall we had a nice experience. Though there was some hiccup on the arrival transportation from airport to hotel, the customer service representative (Jan) had prompt response to the incident and handled this very well, which was highly appreciated. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, though some small renovations would be needed, e.g. the facet handle of the bathtub was broken, some leaks from the window when it rained heavily, the crib looked quite worn-out. But the overall quality of the facilities was satisfactory. Breakfast was nice, but not many dining choices inside the hotel as we just had dinner there for the first night. So we had lunch/dinner at the restaurants just outside and opposite to the hotel most of the time. The swimming pool at landside was quiet and suitable for us with a two-year-old. The spa environment was luxurious and very comfortable, and we enjoyed a great deal with buy one get one free offer. Our two-year-old daughter also enjoyed the kid's club with toys and slides, especially good for indoor activities when it rained.

酒店需要維修，房間地板有損，鐵釘露出了很易做成傷害，冷氣系統有發出輕微嘈音。泳池亦需要好好保養一下。 早餐選擇多而且味道不錯，大堂及餐廳員工友善經常面帶笑容。

酒店房間首日入住整潔所需用品齊全，但第二日補充用品有點執漏須致電提醒補回，冷氣第二天開始有點故障須維修人員深夜前來維修，酒店員工大部分都很親切有禮，只有少部分服務態度較差，餐廳食品味道不錯，酒店整體感覺舒適！

远离巴东的喧嚣，我非常喜欢板瓦角，我们是穆斯林，酒店附近有穆斯林村落，就店门口就有清真餐馆，母亲玩的很愉快！满意。客房稍微旧了点，期待酒店翻新，会推荐给朋友的酒店！

酒店整体环境不错，但位置较偏，海滩没有沙，房间设施较陈旧，尤其是床，酒店可以考虑换一下了！

I was booked Radisson Seaview Suite, the room very clean and big with good sea view. We have wonderful experience in this hotel.

Silent. A little bit far away from city. Good view and facility.

酒店各项设施都很好，房间设计合理，有很宽的衣帽间，阳台有很宽的床方便看景休息；健身房很舒适，器械很新，还有干湿桑拿；有多个泳池，最爱我们楼下的那个，很长很宽，游起来很爽。

飯店本身只差在位置比較偏遠, 接駁車也少, 其餘不管是服務. 飯店設施. 風景~ 都好得沒話說! 有時間去渡假的話會再入住!!

Great hotel for relax. I stayed at the sea view pool vila this time for 3 nights. the overall experience was great as always. this place is really quiet and it's about 30 min drive from Patong beach & market.
