員工服務態度很好，地點方便，早餐不錯。 設施略為殘舊。如能翻新一下會更滿意。 整潔度一般，每天有整理房間，但沒有更換毛巾床單。

We booked four rooms and paid for them several months in advance. And on the night we arrived, told us they only had two rooms available. We requested to cancel two of the four rooms we booked, but they refused. Then they drove half of our group to another hotel which is not even close. The other hotel was so noisy and the guests barely slept. We booked for a beach front hotel and they forced us to stay at a factory-like place. This is one of the worst hotel stays I can remember.

酒店位置靠近大佛，园景漂亮，房间灯光偏昏暗，窗户临街的房间隔音不太好，泳池不大，临海，提供皮划艇。酒店前台的工作人员很友好。

(1)位置好，園林式的環境亦不錯。 (2)海灘雖小但靚，可看到非常美的sunset，沙幼细海水干淨。 (3)早餐ok，7.00-10.00am，但超過時間也冇問題，值讃！ (4)整體服務算好，但前臺其中—服務員態度欠佳。 Quite ok，4 if 5……

The suite with a workspace is a remote worker and gamer’s dream! The staff were incredibly polite. thdre is an entire nightlife a step away from your door in one direction, and a pool + beach in the other direction. Ferry rides are a 3 minute walk away for my Koh Phangan people! Amazing luxurious and convenient stay!

My favourite place to stay in Bangrak, on the beach, great pool, beautiful bungalows/villas, nice and peaceful with the best staff in koh samui. Always a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me, see you all soon 🤍

This is my favorite hotel in Koh Samui. The place is so peaceful, but in an excellent central location close to everything! The staff is truly amazing, especially the front desk, Leah, and the man whose name I forgot, but they were both amazing. The housekeeping ladies are also incredible and so friendly. I just love everything about this hotel and will be back soon! 💜☮️🙏

We loved our stay at Punpreeda! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The property was unique and beautifully designed. The pool overlooking the beach was one of our favorite features. It had a quiet and homey feeling made for relaxation. The area offered anything you might need- lots of great food; a laundry mat, pharmacies, etc. Our rooms were very nice with a workstation, a balcony, and a freezer in the fridge for ice.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Koh Samui. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool was clean and inviting, and we really appreciated the complimentary use of the kayak, which was a fun bonus. Housekeeping was very accommodating, and all the staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with a 7-Eleven and motorbike rental just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials or get around the island. That said, walking around the area was a bit challenging due to the lack of proper sidewalks, and dining options nearby were limited, with only a couple of nice restaurants within easy reach. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for those planning to explore Koh Samui by motorbike or relax by the pool with a view.
