Please note that the property can only be reached via long tail boat. The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from/To Krabi Airport to the resort, or from the pier to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. Kindly contact the resort directly for further details.

Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.

The location is very good, can walk to the east and west coasts through the hotel nice garden, and the restaurant and swimming pool face to the sunset beach. Outside everything is beautiful but the room is old.There is no hot water in the bathtub in the outdoor yard,no slippers, and there is a heavy smell of sewage in the room. it is okay if you just stay for one night.

总体非常满意，酒店位于西莱利海滩，有自己的海边餐厅，很惬意。早餐也在此享用，海边景色非常美。无论是酒店的位置，酒店服务，还有餐厅都非常满意，尤其餐厅有个会说中文的小哥，对我们非常友好，入住几天经常请他帮忙点餐，味道不错，价格适中，总体非常愉快，下次有机会还会选择入住此酒店。

我们去甲米攀岩，住在这里6个晚上。入住第一天觉得房间比较陈旧，比预定网站的照片旧2-3成。每天给100B小费打扫卫生。。可惜，服务不太好。有一天没有牙刷，有一天没有沐浴露和洗发水。毛巾也没有放在架子上，而是随意放在浴缸边。。。除了超级棒的泳池外，其他没有什么优点。下次不会入住这家了。

Location is not ideal as it is too remote from either Krabi Town or Ao Nang. Only jetties are available for connection, and with no fixed service schedule. Resort facilities are limited. Staff in general are not friendly and could not really assist me in getting the issues resolved. Make-up of room, including the replacement of amenties, is only done upon repeated request. Choice and quality of food is above standard. The privacy cottage is a nice place to stay though, particularly the availability of jacuzzi outside of the room after suntanning.

房间还挺好的，住在一楼就是虫子有点多，服务员都很客气，就算你英语不好，他们也能很耐心的听你说，酒店前后2个游泳池，都不大，靠近海边的那个比较干净，在躺椅上喝喝饮料，看看日落，很舒服。酒店早餐很丰盛，味道都不错。

在hotel 上提前2天预定的，非常方便。 我们到达酒店11点，刚好有房间，马上就入住了！ 我们住的6010房，独立小别墅非常漂亮，安静。 员工也非常nice,总是很乐意为我们提供服务。 唯一美中不足的是房间的小角落如电视机后面积了厚厚一层灰，看似好久不曾清洁，这样的酒店让我很讶异！ forecast on detail not really done! 早餐对我来说salad很重要，但是取菜看到好多飞蝇趴在洋葱上，非常不舒服，工作人员只是间歇的过来用手赶一下，而不是及时更换， 这样的食物太源于自然了！ 其他菜单的价格都和附近的差不多，我们都是在附近walk street 解决的！ 因为实在担心清洁问题！

春节大假，一家12口在Railay海滩的酒店选择，分别住了POOL VILLA、PRIVACY COTTAGE和SUITE COTTAGE三个房型。从酒店设施来讲，两个游泳池非常小。酒店也没有休闲娱乐或健身设备，儿童游乐设备只有简单的两个滑梯状设备。但是酒店基本就守在大海边，这些问题对我们而言也就不是问题了，有大海、有沙滩，谁还会泡在酒店里游泳、玩玩具。考虑到Railay整体比普吉等的商业化程度要低，酒店的服务还是不错的，工作人员很朴实，或许没有专业的微笑和职业素养，但是基本服务是没有问题的。尤其是，到甲米镇或机场涉及到拖拉机、长尾船、摆渡车、面包车一条龙联运时，衔接和服务还是很有序的。酒店提供的自助早餐还是不错的，况且周围餐饮无数，吃不是问题。但是在Railey的八天（有四位家人待了二天），基本绝大多数家人前前后后都经历了一次发烧或腹泻或呕吐，说不清楚是水土不服的问题，或是其他原因。但是很明显的一点是，酒店自来水的水质不是很好，烧开了也不适于饮用。不确定是不是Railay海滩整体情况都是如此。总体而言，在Railay Bay Resort&Spa的时光是很美好的，家人玩得都很开心！居家度假，是个不错的选择。

I loved the privacy of our pool villa but my ONLY issue was that the pool was not heated and was quite cold..even in the hot weather it needed to be warmer. Plus they didn’t have any lamps. The lights were a little weird in the room.
