The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from/To Krabi Airport to the resort, or from the pier to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. Kindly contact the resort directly for further details.
2.Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.
3.Rates on 24 December 2022 include Buffet Dinner for 2 people. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. (Excluding alcohol, soft drinks, beverages)
4.Rates on 31 December 2022 include Buffet Dinner for 2 people. Extra people will be additionally charged by the hotel. (Excluding alcohol, soft drinks, beverages)
5.Please inform Railay Princess Resort & Spa-SHA Extra Plus of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
6.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

飯店很舒服，房間比較大落地窗一出去就是陽台跟公共草坪，浴室有一點點污痕但應該是卿不掉也不影響使用經驗，入住會獲得85折餐點折價券，建議一定要在飯店餐廳吃一頓海鮮晚餐，很好吃而且非常非常便宜，是我從考索普吉甲米蘇美整趟玩下來最划算的一頓海鮮，而且料理的非常好！像咖哩炒蟹就是必點！另外飯店的二樓泳池風景很美，一樓的泳池也很讚。是很棒的一次住宿體驗！

酒店位於東面，因第一次去不熟悉地形，從奧南坐船過去到達西面，繞了很長的路才到達，身水身汗到達酒店後同登記小姐講話自己走了很遠，問佢是否有船可以直接到這邊，她笑笑口沒有回答我，令我感覺很差。拿出護照給她登記時，她逐頁逐頁揭我的護照，看了很久，然後說我經常來泰國，其實她看這麼長時間，是要數算我進入泰國的次數？她的工作是做登記入住，還是入境檢查？付了錢也不能入住嗎？後來安排了很遠的房間，晚上燈光很暗，我一個女仔行有點怕怕。房間幾大，尚算乾淨，但沒有驚喜

Great location, right next to the pier on Railay East where you can catch a long boat to Ao Na Mao, I prefer that way instead of going to Railay West where you will need to tread throu water. There's more restaurants and tour agencies on East side too, and the beautiful west beach in just short walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful, too bad I don't get to use their pool, it look great. While the deco is a bit faded and the bathroom is too dim for my taste, the room is large and comfortable with all your basic needs catered. The one thing I dislike most is that the tap water is salty, meaning I can only rely on bottled water.

The resort was nice, with a good breakfast, and nice comfy beds and two nice pools. The only main problem was that on one of the days they cut all the water while i was in the shower... while on the day before they sent a notification that this would happen, on the second day they did not, and i ended up with a head full of conditioner and o way to wash it off...

Veldig bra plassering. Store rom, bra renhold og god variert frokost. Bra spa på hotellet. Og 2 greie basseng. Litt treg betjening, men det var egentlig på hele Krabi.
