入住酒店同時享用酒店的spa 十分之方便，一件浴袍就可以去spa 中心，服務及感覺都十分之舒適，推薦。酒店各樣都十分優雅清幽，的確是渡假最高級享受，但唯獨，租住連泳池房間102房，陽台的地板有兩口釘子露出，差點令我們受傷，感覺很危險，而家房間的地板行起來有雜聲，深夜時會更覺騷擾。希望酒店注意陽台地板安全。整體都是很滿意的。

比起數年前（疫情前），前台服務及housekeeping服務未如以往的好。
有關前台服務，check in過程服務員沒有對客人說明就即時過賬房間費用，跟其他酒店做法不同 （一般應該是先扣按金，然後到check out時連同其他酒店內消費一併過賬），因為過賬後也沒有提供收據給客人，所以我完全不知情信用咭在入住前已被過賬。前台check in後更忘記交還passport給我，直至我發現致電到前台，酒店員工才發現。酒店房間費用在check out時也要客人主動要求才提供，不明原因。
有關House keeping 服務，不明白3人房間在補充房間用品時為何只保留一卷正在使用的厠紙，并沒補充備用的。2晚都需要自行致電House Keeping要求才送到房間。
但其他員工都很好，特別是酒店大門的security叔叔，經常面帶燦爛笑容，更工作非常落力，印象十分好。

We booked a room by the pool, including tax is around hkd2,000 per night. The facilities including spa, pool, gym are ok, but the breakfast is the worst and I thought we were having breakfast at a hkd500 hotel. I can say, the location is good, staffs are good but not very value for money.

我Book的是吸煙房、但原來成間酒店都唔比吸煙得一個4張櫈嘅範圍可以!同時我的房型是可免費用水療池、但唔出聲問酒店又唔會主動話你知要Book·和攞飛先用得、你要出外員工也不會主動問你需要叫車嗎!早餐也冇咩選擇、泳池很細、附近冇7仔
